摘要

对农村教师进行定向培训是农村教师队伍建设的关键,不仅可以保证农村教师的地域性,而且可以促进农村教师的专业性。然而,基于对定向培养农村教师的供给侧、需求侧和使用侧三个维度的分析,发现师范院校的供给与农村学校的需求之间存在矛盾,农村学校的工作环境与师范生的职业期望之间存在偏差。因此,政府应以地方文化教育为重点,精准打造“一专多能”的复合型乡村教师;同时,政府还应提高乡村教师的福利待遇,加大对乡村教师专业发展的支持力度,以准确实施针对性的乡村教师培训政策。
