However, according to Unilever's financial report for the first half year, its sales fell only by 1.6% and its financial situation is still stable. The reason for it is not only for Unilever's action of taking Covid-19 as normalization, but also for its differentiation strategies, which make Unilever a competitive enterprise when the consumer products are in demand in Covid-19. Through the literature research method, this article uses the combination of SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) and PEST (political, economic, social and technological factors) models to explore the internal and external environments of Unilever in 2020, and concludes that under the multiple impacts of the external environment, Unilever still has great opportunities to make development relying on its own excellent internal conditions.","PeriodicalId":373030,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Economics, Management, Law and Education (EMLE 2020)","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114498338","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the development of vocational education in China, the craftsmanship spirit has gone through four stages of depression, exploration, development and revival in vocational colleges. Inheriting and innovating the craftsmanship spirit is an inevitable choice for the reform and development of vocational colleges, and its value is becoming increasingly prominent in providing high-quality technical and skilled personnel for the construction of a \"manufacturing power\". Therefore, vocational colleges should pay attention to the construction of the craftsman spirit cultivation curriculum system, strengthen industryeducation integration and school-enterprise cooperation, and build a campus culture with the craftsmanship spirit as the main line.","PeriodicalId":373030,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Economics, Management, Law and Education (EMLE 2020)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116808858","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In recent years, with the national attention to environmental problems, garbage classification had once again attracted attention. According to previous scholars' research, using the method of literature analysis, the author divides the influencing factors of waste classification into two categories, namely external environment and behavioral intention, and puts forward the mechanism of influencing factors of waste classification. The external environment includes subjective norms, perceptual behavior control and value perception. The hardware construction includes law and regulations, economic policy, publicity and education policy and recycling facilities. In some countries with successful waste classification, their waste classification policies affect individual behavior from the external environment or behavior intention, which has reference significance for the implementation of waste classification policies in China.","PeriodicalId":373030,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Economics, Management, Law and Education (EMLE 2020)","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127675702","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
