Abstract

Taking new generation employees as the research object and the social identity theory and social exchange theory as the basis, SPSS22.0 is used to explore the mechanism of action of employee engagement on turnover intention, and the intermediary role of organizational identification is also discussed in the influence mechanism of employee engagement and turnover intention.
