The authors have studied the existing methodology for the analysis of the real estate market and its weaknesses, and have identified the areas of further development of the models for analysing and forecasting the development of the commercial real estate market. It has been found that the assessment of the current situation in the real estate market is performed based on static and historical data, which, however, do not always provide full information. Therefore, it is advisable to use index methods as an additional data processing instrument — they empower analysis, albeit increasing its complexity. The authors have revealed that a formalized description of the procedure for building discrete spatial and parametric models of the real estate market is performed in comparison with the approaches and concepts of a related methodology —regression modelling with continuous arguments. Additionally, the article presents the authors’ dynamic model of the real estate market for the Caucasian Mineralnye Vody region.","PeriodicalId":373030,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Economics, Management, Law and Education (EMLE 2020)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125101869","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research literature of \"Land Scale\" in 2020 shows that after rapid growth, the number of publications has entered a stable stage, and a number of major research institutions such as Sun Yat-sen University and the Rural Economic Research Center of the Ministry of Agriculture have been formed. A number of highly productive authors such as Huang Haitang, Wu Lianglin, and Zhou Huijie are gradually taking shape. Research shows that there is little horizontal cooperation between research institutions and authors. At present, Chinese research on land transfer and scale is mainly concentrated in four hot areas: land transfer and scale subjects, business methods and models, meaning, and summarizing local experiences. With land transfer, research institutions and scholars should stand at the height of think tank construction, explore land circulation and large-scale meso-level research, concentrate on the theoretical interpretation and practical exploration of land circulation, and carry out theoretical innovation and institutional innovation to provide scientific reference basis for national decision-making.","PeriodicalId":373030,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Economics, Management, Law and Education (EMLE 2020)","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115655610","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper studies from three aspects: industry, ecology and talents. In terms of industry, the government should focus on industrial prosperity and deepen the supply-side structural reform of agriculture and foster new drivers of rural development. In terms of ecology: Zhuhai Jinwan should adhere to the concept of \"clear water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains\" and devote itself to creating a rural landscape of \"one scenery along the road and flowers in the four seasons\". In terms of talent: the government should build a happy rural home as a starting point to attract the return of labor force. The three aspects advance hand in hand and finally achieve the grand goal of revitalizing Zhuhai Jinwan countryside.","PeriodicalId":373030,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Economics, Management, Law and Education (EMLE 2020)","volume":"222 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125905320","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, adjusting the means of poverty alleviation is very important. Based on the data from 2014-2016 Statistical Yearbook of Tibetan Areas in Sichuan, this paper used the DEA-Malmquist (Data Envelopment Analysis-Malmquist) index model to measure the efficiency of fiscal and financial poverty alleviation in Aba and Ganzi prefectures. On the basis of whole, horizontal and vertical comparison, it can be found that the efficiency of fiscal and financial poverty alleviation in most counties is high, which shows that the poverty-alleviation policies in recent years have great effects. However, from any point of view, the efficiency of financial poverty alleviation is higher than that of fiscal poverty alleviation. Therefore, in the future, we should pay attention to the credit to achieve sustainable poverty reduction and income increase. In other words, we must improve the financial service system, innovate financial service products, and strive to achieve the match between credit supply and credit demand.","PeriodicalId":373030,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Economics, Management, Law and Education (EMLE 2020)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121884853","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on CNKI, China's country report website and other relevant literature about Russia around 2014, this paper summarizes the sanctions, oil price drop, and internal economic structure imbalance and other factors as reasons to the financial crisis. The crisis triggered serious consequences such as plummeted ruble exchange rate and capital outflow. Subsequently, in order to deal with the crisis, Russia implemented a series of policies. This paper lists the reform of monetary policy of the Central Bank of Russia and sorts out its adjustment logic. By comparing the data of ruble exchange rate, Russian domestic interest rate, target inflation rate and actual inflation rate, the author analyzes the role of the Central Bank of Russia's monetary policy reform in isolating external risks and stabilizing domestic economic market. Finally, combined with the past cases, the advantages of the floating exchange rate system, the matters in the adjustment of monetary policy, and prediction of Russia after the crisis can be summarized.","PeriodicalId":373030,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Economics, Management, Law and Education (EMLE 2020)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114434182","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The basic factors at macro-, mesoand micro level factors that negatively affect the cost management of Ukrainian garment enterprises are identified. The degree of influence of the specified factors on expenses of the enterprise is shown. The chain of values for the enterprises of the garment industry of Ukraine is clearly reflected. The ratio of the number and volume of sales of small and medium-sized enterprises of Ukraine engaged in the production of clothing in 2019 is researched, which confirms the hypothesis of low efficiency of Ukrainian small garment enterprises. The production of branded clothing by domestic enterprises based on toll raw materials is shown. The matrix method is used to focus on factors that have a significant impact on costs and are regulated by garment companies.","PeriodicalId":373030,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Economics, Management, Law and Education (EMLE 2020)","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126990344","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With data from a large representative survey in China in 2015, this paper finds the absolute economic poverty incidence is only 0.6% among Chinese urban elders, almost eliminated. But it is 6.6% among Chinese rural elders. For the relative economic poverty, it is much higher than the absolute economic poverty, no matter applying separate poverty lines or a union relative poverty line in urban and rural China. Meanwhile, the subjective economic poverty is still worrying that 14.1% of Chinese urban elders and 34.1% of Chinese rural elders feel difficult in 2015. Also, the large urban and rural distances in absolute, relative or subjective economic poverty have been observed. Economic poverty among Chinese rural elders is much severer than their urban peers.","PeriodicalId":373030,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Economics, Management, Law and Education (EMLE 2020)","volume":"126 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134291705","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
