The practice of charging and receiving interest has been a topic of significant debate and controversy among Islamic scholars and jurists. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the philosophical underpinnings of bank interest in Islamic law, taking into account various perspectives and interpretations within the Islamic legal tradition. The journal begins by exploring the foundational principles of Islamic law and its ethical framework, highlighting the prohibition of riba as outlined in the Quran and the Hadith. It discusses the historical context and evolution of Islamic banking and finance, emphasizing the need for alternative financial mechanisms that comply with Islamic principles. The study then delves into the philosophical considerations surrounding bank interest from an Islamic legal perspective. It examines different schools of thought and the rationale behind their positions, including the arguments for and against the permissibility of bank interest. The utilitarian perspective evaluates the societal consequences of interest-based transactions, while the deontological approach emphasizes the adherence to moral principles. The contractualist viewpoint focuses on the voluntary agreements between parties, and the concept of justice and equality is examined in relation to interest-based transactions. This research approach is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods with instruments in the form of observations, interviews, and reviewing documents at MI Al Khoiriyah Malang Regency. Informal reasoning can be trained by providing questions based on socio-scientific issues. This study aims to determine the profile of Informal Reasoning (IR) students of class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Toroh. The research subjects totaled 216 students. The sampling technique for this research is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The method used is a survey via the Google Informal Reasoning (IR) test form in the form of multiple choice questions and descriptions, as well as supporting data in the form of teacher and student interview sheets and school observation sheets. The results showed that SMA Negeri 1 Toroh was categorized as 'good' with an average score of 73.8. The average percentage score for the 'good' category, namely 78.24%, was obtained because students' answers in responding to an issue could consider the risks and benefits as well as the emotional response to those related to the issue. The 'very good' category obtained a percentage of 15.74% because the students' answers in responding to social issues were already logical and used scientific language for various considerations of either sustainable losses or benefits. As for the category 'good enough' to get a percentage of 6.02%, it is known that students' answers respond to a social issue by considering a sense of concern. The results of mastery of each Informal Reasoning (IR) pattern are rational patterns with the highest acquisition of 46% then emotive patterns of 29%, while intuitive patterns with a percentage of 25%. Informal Reasoning is a type of thinking used by students in considering socio-scientific issues, which involves considering causation, pros and cons, and alternatives. The research was conducted at 11 public high schools in Brebes Regency using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. The research data was obtained through tests in the form of multiple-choice questions and essays that tested students' mastery of Informal Reasoning regarding issues such as HIV-AIDS, GMOs, and cloning. The results showed that 79.64% of students had good Informal Reasoning skills, 18.26% of students had very good abilities, and 2.10% of students had moderate abilities. These results indicate that most high school students in Brebes District have good Informal Reasoning skills in addressing socio-scientific issues. Critical thinking skills are something that must be instilled in students so that students are able to explore a problem and can solve it effectively and efficiently. Efforts that can be made to improve the quality of learning involve students to be able to build their knowledge and be able to solve a problem. One way to overcome this is by using the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) approach. This study aims to determine the effect of the STEM approach in learning to improve critical thinking skills and cognitive learning outcomes of class X SMA Negeri 1 Tahunan. The subjects in this study were students of class X MIPA. The sampling technique used in this research is cluster random sampling. This research method is True Experimental Design research using the Pretest and Posttest Control Group method. There are two classes in this study, namely the experimental class and the control class. Analysis of the t test data is used to see the difference in the mean between the two samples. The t-test of the cognitive learning outcomes of students in the experimental class and control class in the pretest obtained ttable <tcount, namely 1.66 <6.11. The t-test of the cognitive learning outcomes of students in the experimental class and control class in the Posttest obtained ttable 1.66 <tcount 6.145. However, within the context of Islamic law, questions regarding the validity and regulation of cryptocurrency remain a complex debate. This research aims to conduct a normative juridical analysis of cryptocurrency regulation in Islamic law, with a focus on a case study in Indonesia. The research method employed is a normative juridical approach, involving the collection and analysis of legal data from relevant sources, such as laws, regulations, and religious fatwas. This legal data is then analyzed using legal arguments and theoretical frameworks to understand and explain the legal status of cryptocurrency within Islam. This study identifies key issues that arise in the regulation of cryptocurrency in Islamic law in Indonesia, including riba (interest), gharar (uncertainty), maysir (gambling), and consumer protection. Through this normative juridical analysis, the researcher explores existing legal interpretations, relevant legal documents, and the perspectives of Islamic scholars and experts regarding the validity and permissibility of cryptocurrency. The findings of this research provide an in-depth understanding of how cryptocurrency can be categorized within the framework of Islamic law, as well as the legal implications arising from the use and trading of cryptocurrency. The unpreparedness of all elements in education is a big obstacle, changing the way of teaching and learning from face to face or offline (outside the network) to online (in the network) requires readiness from all elements, starting from the government, madrasas, teachers, students and parents. The government relaxed the education assessment system according to emergencies as long as learning can continue without having to be burdened with achieving competence. Many teachers teach by utilizing existing technology. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the implementation of learning strategies through the collaboration of WAG (Whatsapp Group) and Offline during the Covid-19 pandemic emergency. This research is divided into two stages, each stage has different characteristics from one another. From data collection, data analysis, and discussion results, it is known that the implementation of learning strategies through WAG (Whatsapp Group) collaboration and offline was carried out to maintain the quality of the teaching and learning process during the Covid-19 Pandemic at MTs assisted by Malang Regency.
