In fringe projection profilometry (FPP), although many methods can achieve high-precision 3D reconstruction from simple system architecture via appropriate encoding ways, they usually cannot retrieve the absolute 3D information of objects with complex surfaces through only a single fringe pattern. In this work, we develop a single-frame composite fringe encoding approach and use a deep convolutional neural network to retrieve the absolute phase of the object from this composite pattern end to- end. The proposed method can directly obtain spectrum-aliasing-free phase information and robust phase unwrapping from single-frame compound input through extensive data learning. The experimental results show that the transmission spectrum amplitude is coupled by Bragg and cladding mode resonance over a wide spectrum range. Meanwhile, the spectral characteristics of EFBGs were studied by adjusting grating period, grating length, laser power and eccentric distance. The eccentric distance is the most essential parameter in terms of inscribing gratings. It can break up the original structural symmetry of the fiber by changing the offset of grating in the fiber core. To improve the testing efficiency and meet the requirements of utilization, the study is carried out from three stages: precision grinding, precision polishing, and optical coating. In the precision grinding stage, the annular Zernike polynomial is used to fit the measured surface combining with the data measured from the coordinate measuring machine, so that it can facilitate the testing of the distribution of the surface shape deviation over the entire surface. During the precision polishing stage, a feasible Offner compensator is designed to achieve the goal of high-precision testing of the hyperboloid surface, with a measurement accuracy of RMS≤0.02λ. VOG is composed of two single-polarization responsive cylindrical lenses placed oppositely at a certain distance, which is a convenient implementation of the coherent superposition by means of two orthogonally circularly polarized states instead of path interference of interferometer. In this experiment, the customized computer generated holograms are loaded on the spatial light modulator(SLM) to generate Laguerre Gaussian (LG) beams with arbitrary topological charge, and LG beams convent to vector vortex beams with corresponding topological charge through VOG. The interference pattern of the two beams projected to a linear polarization state also give the cylindrically symmetric petal beams. This paper introduces a novel imaging technique, polarization parameters indirect microscopic imaging. We insert polarization-modulation mechanics into a conventional reflection microscopic imaging system. Instead of normal light source, we use a high transmission infrared light source. The resolution of such optical microscopy can reach to 100 nanometers. This paper aims at the application of division of focal plane (DoFP) imaging polarimetry in metal surface inspection. We obtain the intensity image and polarimetric image of some metal components on which there are defects, including scratch, wear, crack and burr. Experiment shows that polarimetric imaging can reduce the effect of strong reflection and improve the defect/surface contrast. By changing the thickness of the InAs electron well, the wavelength of the active region is adjusted. We found that the whole 3-4 μm spectra can be realized and the intensity was basically the same by measuring the photoluminescence (PL) of the active region. It showed that the type-II “W” quantum well of interband cascade laser can achieve 3-4 μm range without attenuation. In addition, we calculated the wavelength of quantum well of different InAs thickness by the 8-band k·p method. And we found that the wavelength of the active region varies with the thickness of the InAs electron well, which is consistent with the theory. In addition, the measured wavelength was different from the theoretical wavelength, which may be due to the As incorporation. By using the MoS2-SA solution, a compact diode-pumped passively Q-switched Ti:Sapphire laser has been demonstrated. The minimum short pulse width is 3.7 ns and the maximum pulse energy is 16.2 μJ at 1 kHz repetition rate. In the 3D light field of remote sensing scene radiation distribution calculation, full chain optical imaging refinement simulation and other fields have a wide range of applications. At present, there are some problems in the study of the visibility of calculation between patches in complex scenes. Firstly, existing visibility of calculation method based on viewpoints of perspective is easy to miss some visible areas. Secondly, the number of patches in complex remote sensing 3D scene reaches tens of thousands or even millions, the computational complexity of visibility of calculation between patches reaches O(N2), and the existing serial calculation method is time-consuming and difficult to apply. Therefore, this paper carries out the study of the visibility of calculation and efficiency optimization between patches in complex 3D scenes based on super-calculation. A new method for calculating the visibility between patches based on hemispherical uniform random sampling is proposed. The correctness of the algorithm is analyzed theoretically. The visibility of parallel computing model is designed according to the proposed algorithm and experiments is verified on the super computer.
