近年来,人体皮肤光学检测技术发展迅速。介绍了一种新的成像技术——偏振参数间接显微成像技术。我们在传统的反射显微成像系统中插入偏振调制力学。我们使用高透射率的红外光源代替普通光源。这种光学显微镜的分辨率可以达到100纳米。利用该成像系统,可以获得偏振相位、偏振度、波矢量相位、空间角、角度、调制等多个光矢量参数。通过对极化参数的分析,得到了人体皮肤的反演图像。
