The Women's Peace School is a non-formal education activity established by AMAN (Asian Muslim Action Network) in the post-conflict region of Poso District. The management of education in women's schools is the management of education in the non-formal way for the implementation of peace education. This study aims to describe the management of education in women's schools through the activities of planning, organizing, directing and controlling. This research is a descriptive study, describing the implementation of the education management function in Poso District Women's School based on peace education. The results of the study show that the Women's School Management for planning activities is the Planning of Women's Schools based on the needs of the post-conflict community and focusing on women as pioneers of Peace development. The activity of organizing in women's schools is to carry out the division of tasks that aims to establish women as agents of peace. The briefing activity shows that the Women's School in the direction of assignments and learning activities provides space for women to express their learning desires and changes in individuals as agents of peace. Control activities show that the Women's School always conducts a good evaluation at the implementing level in this case AMAN Indonesia, the organizer to the executors namely the Presidium and the Women's School Coordinator and facilitators. The purpose of control is to ensure and monitor the accuracy of learning that develops the character of women as students who have the ability to care for peaceful life. To add one more proof to this confirmation, this study has been conducted to discover some impacts of practicing CATs in Physics teaching to Grade 11 students in Vietnam on their improvement of learning interest and outcomes. Some CATs were utilized to design assessment activities, and then put into practice. Observation and questionnaire survey were then conducted to collect data on students’ responses during the instruction and by the end of instruction. A test to summative measure students’ learning out-comes, having been administrated in two groups: with and without CATs practicing to evaluate the effective-ness of the CATs. The research results have shown that the assessment activities have actually facilitated students’ interest and engagement in the lesson; in which students’ learning outcomes are considerately promoted. There are still problems regarding the quality of education in vocational school specifically in Bandung City, such as the quality of process in which teacher has vital role in improving the quality of learning process. Cited from Kasubdit Banglemsidiklat posited that in Bandung, there were 63% vocational school teachers who did not have required standard of professional competencies’. The quality of education in this research examines the quality of education based on the quality of student and teacher, learning environment, school discipline, the availability of learning resources, parents’ participation, and unit cost. Methodology used in this research is descriptive with quantitative approach while the sample is 32 school principals. The result of research shows that the dimension of quality is low in which the quality of student got the mean score at 4.32 based on some categories there are curriculum, the quality of learners, the quality of educators, the work environment of school discipline, availability of degree, parent participation, and quality of unit cost. the conclusion of this research is the Quality of School at Vocational High School in Bandung is in very high category which is supported by good quality components. In improving students’ science competency, schools as a place for the educational process can formulate goals to improve the quality of education by implementing a strategic plan. This study aims to describe and analyze the strategic plan in improving students’ science competency through descriptive analytical study at Junior High School in Bandung. It used descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data analysis of materials collected from interviews, observations, documentations studies and also forum group discussion. Data analysis was carried out by SWOT analysis. This study finds that the Junior High School is in 2nd quadrant, which is Aggressive; this indicates a potential position to develop. As for some strategic issues that can be used as references for school program plans, such as: 1) To involve Parents, Lecturers or science experts; 2) Science Laboratory Assistant recruitment; 3) Procurement and Maintenance of Science Laboratory Facilities; 4) Human Resource Development; and 5) To be Active in science competitions/ Olympiads. The problems that have been studied include how the preparation of the learning plan, the implementation of learning, evaluation and follow-up evaluation of learning are going to be conducted. This study is important because vocational teachers are the spearhead of learning in schools, where teachers are given the authority to develop curriculum or learning programs. The curriculum prepared by the teacher is an implementative curriculum that is implemented in schools. In the preparation of the curriculum and in its implementation it is necessary to apply the quality management principles so that the implementative curriculum is compiled relevant to the needs of the working world and industry. This study uses a descriptive analytical approach with qualitative methods. Respondents in this study are the principal, head of expertise program (program keahlian), Teachers at SMKN 1 Bandung and SMKN 3 Bandung. The results of the study show: First, the paradigm used in curriculum development for the two SMK Negeri are demands/market driven and life skills. Second, the implementation of dual system education (PSG), the use scientific approach in learning, and the learning models that are used: a). Discovery learning, b) Inquiry learning, c) problem based learning, d) Project based training, in the working world the learning model used is carried out through industrial work practice programs. Third, evaluation of learning carried out by productive subject teachers is carried out comprehensively which includes aspects of knowledge, attitudes and skills in each substantive that is learned. Fourth, the follow-up of the evaluation activities carried out by the productive field teachers and the preparation of reports on learning outcomes are carried out to improve the learning process, help students who have not achieved competence through remedial learning and enrichment. This study aims to describe and analyze planning, implementation and evaluation of strategic management in developing SMPN 3 Ampek Angkek. SMPN 3 Ampek Angkek as a school that has been operating since 2017 has been able to achieve various achievements and create programs that become school icons. This is a qualitative research with descriptive model was used with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Research source are principals, vice principals, and teachers. Data analysis procedures are data reduction, data display, and verification. The previous studies were only focusing on discussion of the influence of teacher’s work discipline. In contrast to the previous studies, researcher in this study assume that one of the factors lead to teacher’s indiscipline is communication and conflict management of the principal. This study aims to determine the influence of communication and conflict management of the principal toward teachers’ work discipline. The research used survey method. The research hypothesis test used the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program 21.0 For Windows. The study sample consisted of 15 teachers taken from the entire population using the jenuh sampling method. The results of the study concluded that: (1) there is a positive influence of the principal's communication on the teacher's work discipline at 9.6%, (2) there is a positive influence of the principal's conflict management on the teacher's work discipline of 7.8%, (3) there is an insignificant positive influence of communication and conflict management of the principal toward the teacher's work discipline by 10%.
