The Implementation of Internal Quality Assurance System at Islamic School 伊斯兰学校内部质量保证体系的实施

For this purpose, the researchers used qualitative methods, including analysis of documents, interviews and observations. The results indicated that quality assurance at Darul Hikam was prepared by Darul Hikam College independently, such as in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. Program evaluation internal quality assurance in Darul Hikam, is conducted every semester and performance evaluation, the results of the evaluation are attached in the form of a work report card. The constraint faced by Darul Hikam is the mobility of teachers in and out of the human resources. To minimize the impact of teacher mobilization, Darul Hikam improved teacher’s welfare and developed an intensive development package, because teachers and other human resources cannot adopt the system too long. So the human resources development team worked hard to develop new human resources and maintain the quality of the old human resources. The research used qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The primary data is interview with the teachers at Vocational School Number 1 Cipaku and the secondary data is vocational school documents from Education Department of Ciamis, report the economic potential of Ciamis from Development Planning Agency of Ciamis and literature review. The results of this research shown that only 14 majors group included in the Agribusiness and Agrotechnology with percentage of total number of 4% or 653 students. There is a gap between majors in vocational school with regional potential in Ciamis, therefore should be an evaluation about relevance for it. In the future, it is the right efforts to reassurance society that vocational schools in agribusiness and Agrotechnology is essential and have great prospects. The treatment difference makes conflict spreader and expanding that be able to intimidate nation sovereignty and concord. Therefore, it needs strategy of conflict solving that occurs in society, one of them can be done through problem solving capability. This article explains how Pahuwathanatham can try to solve conflict with problem solving strategy. Qualitative approaching of case study method is assumed accurate to analyze this conflict problem. The data collected with observation technique, deep interview and documentation study. Selection of informant for the research using a purposive sampling. The research informant consists of teacher, religion and culture figure, student, government, and SBPAC that is in the Narathiwat region, south Thailand. The result of research indicates that facing the conflict, school duty is trying to create a specific activity that intending to solve conflict through education, it is Pahuwathanatham activity. Even though in some destination, it was developed into a tourist's attraction, the image of a museum as old-fashioned and boring places were, even so, perceived by some people. As a non-profit institution, museum often has difficulties in marketing and promotion so that the public relations were proposed to be a solution to disseminate information and image for attracting visitors. This research would emphasize the PR strategy of Geology Museum in Bandung, Indonesia. The method was qualitative research by using a case study approach. The situation analysis was conducted before evaluating the PR strategy used by the museum. The results showed that the museum faced some challenges, such as conservation issues for the artefacts, public service, and the advancement of technology. Furthermore, leadership is a very important aspect in realizing an effective organization. This study aims to determine how the behavior of leadership and learning models on employee performance. The research method applied is a quantitative approach, with a population of all academic and nonacademic staff in the Distance Learning Program Unit. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence on leadership behavior on employee performance. Furthermore, there is a positive and significant influence on the organizational learning model on employee performance. The behavior of leaders and models of learning organizations together to the performance of employees. This study aims to comprehend and analyze the design of teacher professional education programs as a policy for the implementation model of teacher professional education. This study employs qualitative analysis method using case study descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the policy design of pre-service teacher professional education program is considered low in relation to the concept of teacher professionalism development, both from the concept of professional teachers based on Law No. 14 of 2005 as well as from Government Regulation No.19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards, which in essence is the mastery of four competencies, namely pedagogic, personality, professional and social as a unity. Discrepancies between training materials and competency needed by participants still exists. The result of post evaluation of technical training shown only 75% of materials received in class is implementable in apparatus works. One of the contributing problem with curriculum discrepancies is inaccurate application of training need analysis. This study aims to prove a competency-oriented training need analysis that can be utilized as the basis for training program preparation. We conducted observation, interview, discussion and document study to achieve that goal. Indication of competence will be judged from competencies that must be acquired by the apparatus including competence management, technical, socio-cultural. This study contributed in form of production of an effective model to map the required competencies and types of training required by apparatus.
