The study sample consisted of 15 teachers taken from the entire population using the jenuh sampling method. The results of the study concluded that: (1) there is a positive influence of the principal's communication on the teacher's work discipline at 9.6%, (2) there is a positive influence of the principal's conflict management on the teacher's work discipline of 7.8%, (3) there is an insignificant positive influence of communication and conflict management of the principal toward the teacher's work discipline by 10%. 校长沟通与冲突管理对SMA PGRI教师工作纪律的影响
目前,教师工作学科的研究已经被许多研究者所回顾。以往的研究仅集中于对教师工作纪律影响的探讨。与以往的研究不同,本研究认为校长的沟通和冲突管理是导致教师违纪行为的因素之一。本研究旨在探讨校长沟通与冲突管理对教师工作纪律的影响。本研究采用调查法。研究假设检验使用SPSS(统计产品和服务解决方案)程序21.0 For Windows。研究样本由15名教师组成,采用jenuh抽样方法从整个人群中抽取。研究结果表明:(1)校长沟通对教师工作纪律的正向影响为9.6%,(2)校长冲突管理对教师工作纪律的正向影响为7.8%,(3)校长沟通和冲突管理对教师工作纪律的正向影响为10%,不显著。在研究的基础上得出结论,校长的沟通和冲突管理可以改善教师的工作纪律。
