Research design, data and methodology : The analysis method used a research trend method that utilizes abstract text data based on SLNA. The analysis period was from 2000 to 2019, and a total of 20 years of international e-commerce logistics academic literature was collected. Results : The results of the analysis showed that international e-commerce logistics research has been actively conducted since 2016. The research trends were mainly focused on measuring the quality of logistics services and logistics operation strategies of e-commerce companies. In particular, the proportion of questionnaire analysis studies targeting customers who use e-commerce companies was high. The results of comparing the research trends of Korean and international e-commerce logistics showed that there was no significant difference in the time when the research was conducted and the research trends. Research design, data and methodology : Based on previous studies related to logistics 4.0 and logistics safety, measurements for each variable were derived, and a survey was conducted on employees of logistics companies. Also exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted. Results : The innovation and facilitating condition of logistics 4.0 technology had a significant impact on logistics safety participation, and the facilitating condition of logistics 4.0 technology had a meaningful impact on safety performance, but innovation did not. In addition, logistics safety participation had a significant effect on safety performance. As a result, domestic container inland transportation companies have become the main competitive factors for corporate’s characteristics and service-related factors, excluding cost factors in order to attract shippers. This study aims to suggest implications for the competitive strategy of shipping companies by deriving the priority of factors in selecting inland container transport truck companies for domestic shippers under circumstances excluding freight factors. Based on previous studies, four factors, i.e. company characteristics, service quality, service diversity, and additional service were pairwise-compared to determine relative priorities of alternative choices including four sub-criteria of each using AHP(Hierarchy Analysis Process). As a result, the overall ranking of main criteria of selection carrier is service quality factors, service diversity factors, additional service factors, and company characteristics factors in the order, and the priority of quality factors was revealed to be quite high compared to other factors. In detailed sub-factors, accident response capabilities, responsiveness of order, delivery on time, flexible dispatch time of vehicle, and information exchange and sharing were drawn in the order, confirming that quality, the essence of transport service, is of importance. Research design, data, and methodology: This study was conducted among customers using a representative maritime e-logistics platform in Korea. In order to compare the changes in productivity and satisfaction experience of global maritime logistics personnel using A.I chatbots in the experimental and comparison groups, this study used Jamovi, a statistical analysis program, to confirm the homogeneity between the two groups through reliability tests and independent sample t-tests. Results: The results of the analysis confirmed that the chatbot-enabled service had a positive impact on the service experience of maritime logistics personnel using the e-logistics platform. In addition, the post-test results of the effectiveness verification showed that the positive experience of the A.I. chatbot in the experimental group was statistically significant and improved in all areas. This shows the possibility of evenly satisfying the cognitive, sensory, and emotional domains of maritime logistics personnel. It also aims to help revitalize exports and imports by presenting practical and policy implications. \u0000Research design, data and methodology : This paper is Along with a literature, review, this study focuses on the Kotra’s trade fraud cases from 2017 to 2021. \u0000Results : According to the analysis results, payment fraud is unpaid in long-term transactions based on trust, extension of payment date, suspension of transactions due to change of representative, company liquidation, and payment avoidance. Examples of defective shipments include fraud cases of non-existent companies and product shipping cases different from the contents of the contract. \u0000Conclusions : As a result of the study, pre- and post-counter measures for trade fraud are presented. The practical implications are that it is possible to provide major guidelines to trade traders by raising awareness of trade fraud and improve stable and continuous competitiveness.
