Research design, data, methodology : Online questionnaires were conducted for airline flight attendants’, and 210 total valid samples were used for analysis. For the empirical analysis, simple, multiple, hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. Results : The results of the study are as follows; First, the results of this study shows that authentic leadership has a positive effect on the relational energy and task performance. Second, relational energy has a positive effect on the task performance. Third, it has been found that the mediating effect of relational energy. 摘要

目的:本研究旨在探讨1)真实领导、关系能量与任务绩效的关系;2)关系能量与任务绩效的关系;3)工作倦怠的中介作用。研究设计、数据、方法:对航空公司空乘人员进行在线问卷调查,共使用210份有效样本进行分析。实证分析采用简单、多元、层次回归分析。结果:研究结果如下:首先,本研究结果显示,真实型领导对关系能量和任务绩效有正向影响。第二,关系能量对任务绩效有正向影响。第三,发现了关系能量的中介作用。结论:本研究的最终结果为会展行业人力资源管理和组织管理提出了强调真实领导、关系能量和任务绩效重要性的新方向。
