PBL menggunakan masalah atau contoh kasus sebagai pemicu untuk membahas materi pembelajaran kedokteran. Pengaplikasian PBL dapat menghasilkan self directed learning readiness (SDLR) dalam proses belajar. SDLR diukur berdasarkan indikator sejauh mana seseorang mengetahui tetang sikap, keterampilan dan karakteristik pribadinya untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran mandiri. Pengaplikasian SDLR dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor, eksternal dan internal. Salah satu faktor internal yang mempengaruhi SDLR adalah Efikasi diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan self directed learning readiness pada mahasiswa kedokteran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain analitik dan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian adalah 186 mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung angkatan 2016 . Alat untuk mengukur efikasi diri yang digunakan adalah General Self Eficacy dan Self Directed Learning Readiness (SDLR). Berdasarkan analisis data ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan SDLR pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Umum angkatan 2016 (r = .664, p < .005). This study aims to see whether there are differences in moral behavior of students between schools that have a general education background and the moral behavior of students from schools that have a religious education background. This study was a quantitative study with 64 sample of SMA Negeri Besar Way Kanan (Sekolah umum) and MAN 1 Bandar Lampung (Sekolah agama) students. The instrument used in this study was moral behavior scale. Data analysed by t-test. The moral behavior of students from schools that have a general education background is lower than the moral behavior of students from schools who have a religious education background (t = 3.366, p < .05). The result of this study shows religious education role in developing students’ moral behavior Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa perilaku moral antara remaja yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan agama dengan remaja yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan umum berbeda secara signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada perbedaan perilaku moral siswa antara sekolah yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan umum dengan perilaku moral siswa dari sekolah yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan agama. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 64 siswa SMA Negeri Besar Way Kanan (Sekolah umum) dan MAN 1 Bandar Lampung (Sekolah agama). Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala perilaku moral. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t. Perilaku moral siswa dari sekolah yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan umum lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan perilaku moral siswa dari sekolah yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan agama ( t = 3.366, p < .05). Kondisi ini akan mempengaruhi kemampuan anak beradaptasi dengan lingkungan seperti dalam kegiatan belajar, bermain, bekerja, dan bersosialisasi sehingga dapat menjadi sumber stres bagi orang tua. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran stres pada orang tua yang memiliki anak dengan retardasi mental. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain survey observasional. Sampel berjumlah 122 orang tua dari anak penyandang retardasi mental yang bersekolah di SLB di Bandar Lampung. Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) digunakan sebagai alat ukur untuk menilai stres. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat stress ringan sebanyak 93.4%, responden dengan tingkat stres sedang 4.9% dan responden dengan tingkat stres berat sebanyak 1.6%. Simpulan: Mengasuh anak dengan retardasi mental merupakan hal yang tidak mudah bagi orang tua. Introduction : In order to improve interest in blood donors, one step that can be taken is by giving information and education to change community understanding and behavior about blood donors. Purpose : This study aims to determine the effect of giving information through brochures and lectures on the interest of beginner blood donors in schools. Methods : The subjects of this study were 70 students from two classes of XI in Computer Engineering Network of Natar Budi Karya Vocational School. Interest scale was used as data collection methods and data was analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Results : The result obtained shows there is an effect of giving information either through brochures or lectures on the interest of beginner blood donors in schools. There are differences in interest among beginner blood donors between groups given information through brochures and lectures in schools Conclusion : Brochure found to be more effective than lectures as a media for socialization. It’s better for Lampung province UTD PMI officer to give socialization, doing a seminar, and spreading brochure about blood donors in schools so that beginner blood donors interest can be improved Keywords: brochures, lectures, beginner blood donors Pendahuluan : Untuk menumbuhkan minat donor darah, salah satu langkah yang dapat diambil adalah pemberian informasi dan edukasi dengan tujuan merubah pemahaman dan perilaku masyarakat terhadap donor darah. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian informasi melalui brosur dan ceramah tentang minat donor darah pemula di sekolah. Metode : Subjek penelitian ini adalah 70 siswa dari dua kelas XI di Jaringan Teknik Komputer Sekolah Kejuruan Natar Budi Karya. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala minat dan analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil : Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pemberian informasi baik melalui brosur maupun melalui ceramah terhadap minat donor darah pemula di sekolah. Lebih lanjut, juga ditemukan adanya perbedaan minat donor darah pemula antara kelompok yang diberi informasi melalui brosur dan ceramah di sekolah. Simpulan : Brosur ditemukan lebih efektif daripada metode ceramah sebagai media sosialisasi. Kepada petugas UTD PMI Provinsi Lampung sebaiknya lebih banyak memberikan sosialisasi, mengadakan seminar dan penyebaran brosur di sekolah-sekolah yang bertujuan meningkatkan minat donor darah pemula di sekolah. Adolescence with schizofrenia can be a tough challanger for the parents. Problems in adolescnece with schizofrenia can be a souce of anxiety especially for mothers. Purpose : This study aims to describe the anxiety in mothers who have young women who suffer from schizophrenia. The subjects in this study were two mothers who had young teenagers with schizophrenia. Methods : The location of the research was in the Bandar Lampung region. The study was conducted using qualitative methods with methods of collecting data on interviews, observation and documentation. Results : Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that there is anxiety in both respondents in accompanying their young women. The source of anxiety in the first respondent was anxiety because of the pain suffered by the respondent's child, education, future and additional anxiety and in the second respondent who was the source of anxiety was illness, education being taken by the respondent's daughter, and the future. The first respondent with a source of pain, future anxiety, education and the presence of additional anxiety was sufficient to overcome his anxiety after nearly seven years accompanying his daughter. One of the factors is the condition of her daughter who gradually improved, this can be seen from the daughter of the respondent who has been able to carry out daily activities. The second respondent with a source of pain, education and future anxiety still looks anxious, this can be caused either by the condition of his unstable daughter. Conclusion : Mothers of adolescence with schizofrenia found to be having anxiety. Keywords: Anxiety, schizophrenia, adolescents Pendahuluan : Skizofrenia merupakan gangguan mental yang berat. Remaja penderita skizofrenia menjadi tantangan besar bagi orang tua. Permasalahan pada remaja skizofrenia dapat menimbulkan kecamasan khususnya kepada ibu sebagai pengasuh utama. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kecemasan pada ibu yang memiliki remaja putri yang menderita skizofrenia . Metode : Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah dua orang ibu yang memiliki remaja putrid penderita skizofrenia . Lokasi yang menjadi tempat penelitian adalah di wilayah Bandar Lampung.Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kecemasan pada kedua responden dalam mendampingi remaja putri mereka. Sumber kecemasan pada responden pertama adalah kecemasan karena sakit yang di derita anak, pendidikan, masa depan dan kecemasan tambahan dan pada responden kedua yang menjadi sumber kecemasan adalah sakit, pendidikan yang sedang ditempuh putri responden, dan masa depan. Increased in online games player is supported by the development of very fast internet, in Indonesia internet user has reached 63 million people from the total population. One of the negative impact of online games is emersion of aggressive behavior by the player, like speaking harshly, slamming or throwing a game device, even hitting players who are next to them. Purpose: The aim of this study is to describe the aggressive behavior in junior high school students who play online games in Bandar Lampung Year 2019. Methods: This study was analytic cross sectional with a total sample of 539 students. Results: This study has found 98 students (18.2%) with a low level of aggressive behavior, 403 students (74.8%) with a moderate level of aggressive behavior, and 38 students (7.1%) with a high level of aggressive behavior. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, the average aggressive behavior in junior high school students who play online games in Bandar Lampung has a moderate level of aggressive behavior. Keywords: The intensity of playing online games, aggressive behavior, internet Latar Belakang: Bermain game onlinesudah menjadi bagian dari gaya hidup. Meningkatnya player game online didukung oleh perkembangan internet yang sangat cepat, di Indonesia pengguna internet mencapai 63 juta orang dari total jumlah penduduk. Salah satu dampak negative dari fame online adalah munculnya perilaku agresif pada pemain, seperti berkata kasar, membanting atau melempar perangkat game, bahkan memukul pemain yang berada disebelahnya. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku agresif pada Siswa SMP yang bermain gameonlinedi Bandar Lampung Tahun 2019. Metode Penelitian: Desain penelitian ini adalah analitik cross sectionaldengan jumlah total sampel 539 Siswa. Hasil:Penelitian ini menemukan 98 siswa (18,2%) dengan perilaku agresif tingkat rendah, 403 siswa (74,8%) dengan perilaku agresif tingkat sedang, serta 38 siswa (7,1%) dengan perilaku agresif tingkat tinggi. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rata-rata perilaku agresif pada siswa SMP yang bermain game onlinedi Bandar Lampung memiliki perilaku agresif tingkat sedang. Children with ASD) have many difficulties and developmental problem which can lead to stress in parents. Purpose: The aim of this study wastodescribethe stres level ofparentsofchildren with autism spectrum disorder on disable school in Bandar Lampung. Method: This study is a quantitative research with observational survey design. The sample is 39 parents of children with ASD that goes to disable school in Bandar Lampung. Perceivd Stress Scale (PSS) is used to assess stress. Results: Result obtained form 39 parents, found that most of the parents have low level of stress (59%), followed with moderate level of stress (35,9%), and the least was high level of stress (5,1%). Conclusion: Although low level of stress found in this study, parents of children with ASD still need support from social environment to give good parenting for their children. Anak penyandang GSA mengalami berbagai hambatan dan masalah dalam perkembangannya sehingga dapat menjadi sumber stres bagi orang tua. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran stres pada orang tua yang memiliki anak dengan gangguan spektrum autisme di SLB se-Bandar Lampung. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain survey observasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 39 orang tua dari anak penyandang GSA yang bersekolah di SLB di Bandar Lampung. Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) digunakan sebagai alat ukur untuk menilai stres. Introduction: Dysmenorrhoea is a pain in the pelvic area due to menstruation and prostaglandin substance production. One of the causes of dysmenorrhoea is stress. Stress is a physiological, psychological and behavioral response of humans who try to adapt and manage. Purpose : This study aimed to find relationship between stress level and dysmenorrhoea incidents in college students Method: This study is observational analytic research with cross sectional design. Sample of this study is 178 college students obtained from convenience sampling. The data analysis using pearson correlation. Result : The result showed that there was a relationship between stress level and incidence of dysmenorrhoea p-value = 0,029 (p <0,05) with r = 0,704. Summary: The conclusion of this study is the relationship between stress level and incidence of dysmenorrhoea in medical student grade 2017 at University Malahayati Bandar Lampung. Salah satu penyebab dismenorea adalah stres. Stres merupakan suatu respon fisiologis, psikologis dan perilaku dari manusia yang mencoba untuk mengadaptasi dan mengatur baik tekanan internal dan eksternal. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara tingkat stress dengan kejadian disminorea pada mahasiswi. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 178 mahasiswa yang diperoleh dengan convenience sampling . Analisa data hasil penelitian menggunakan korelasi Pearson. Has il : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara stres dengan kejadian disminorea p-value = 0,029 (p<0,05) dengan r = 0,704. Simpulan : Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara tingkat stres dengan kejadian disminorea pada pada mahasiswi kedokteran angkatan 2017 di Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung tahun 2017. Therefore, a prevential treatment is needed to avoid their addiction getting worse. One of the way is by strengthening adolescence’ self-control in playing online game. Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of “Self Management Strategy” training to improve self-control in adolescences with moderate level online game addiction. Methods: This study used quasi experiment with A-B-A reversal design. The intervention was done by giving training that used behavior modification basic principle. Measurementof self-control was done in every phase A (when there are no treatment) and B (when treatment was given). Results: According to the data obtained, there was an improvement found in self-control score in two respondents before and during the treatment given. Conclusion: Self management strategy training can improve self control in adolescence with moderate level online game addiction. Keywords: online game addiction, self-control, behavior modification, self management strategy Pendahuluan: Fenomena kasus adiksi game online saat ini marak terjadi pada pemain remaja Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Oleh karena itudibutuhkan suatu penanganan pencegahan agar adiksi yang mereka alami tidak semakin memburuk. Salah satu caranyaadalah dengan memperkuat self-control pada remaja saat bermain game online Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pelatihan “Strategi Pengelolaan Diri” untuk meningkatkan self-control pada remaja dengan adiksi game online tingkat sedang. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen dan menggunakan A-B-A reversal design. Intervensi yang dilakukan berbentuk pelatihan dengan menggunakan prinsip dasar behavior modification . Pengukuran terhadap self-control dilakukan di setiap fase A (saat tidak ada treatment ) dan B (saat diberikan treatment ) Hasil: Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh selama pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan jumlah skor self-control pada kedua peserta dari saat belum diberikan treatmant ke pada saat treatment diberikan. Simpulan: Pelatihan Strategi Pengelolaan Diri dapat meningkatkan self-control (kontrol diri) pada remaja dengan adiksi game online tingkat sedang.
