The colonisation of this new area of competence consolidates the trend of translation of Digital Humanities, from its consideration as a methodological apparatus at the service of research, to the environment of professional praxis in various areas of knowledge. In order to address this issue, a conceptual delimitation is layed out to characterise the Digital Humanities in the academic environment, as opposed to the common use of the concept of ICT in Education. From this perspective, the development of new epistemic cultures is addressed in terms of the new ways of thinking implied by the flows and channels of knowledge reception in digital educational environments, as well as the need to integrate the Digital Humanities into these ecosystems in order to design and implement tools and sources of information semantically adapted to the needs of the environment, in relation to the different curricular requirements or pedagogical perspectives of each academic context. Finally, a brief allusion is made to how all these issues come together in what is known as “digital didactics”, understood as the set of strategies that inspire the new teaching-learning processes, optimising the pedagogical possibilities offered by new technological developments.\u0000\u0000\u0000Resumen\u0000El presente trabajo aborda de manera crítica los condicionantes y consideraciones que subyacen a la proyección de las Humanidades Digitales, como disciplina operativa, al ámbito de la praxis educativa. La colonización de este nuevo espacio competencial consolida la tendencia de traslación de las Humanidades Digitales, desde su consideración como aparato metodológico al servicio de la investigación, al entorno de la praxis profesional en diversas áreas de conocimiento. Para abordar esta cuestión se establece una delimitación conceptual que permita caracterizar las Humanidades Digitales en el entorno académico, frente al uso común del concepto TIC en Educación. Desde esta perspectiva se aborda el desarrollo de las nuevas culturas epistémicas en función de los nuevos modos de pensamiento que implican los flujos y canales de recepción del conocimiento en los entornos educativos digitales. También se discute la necesidad de integrarlas en estos ecosistemas de cara a diseñar e implementar herramientas y fuentes de información semánticamente adaptadas a las necesidades propias del entorno. Para ello se consideran los distintos requerimientos curriculares o las perspectivas pedagógicas de cada contexto académico. Libraries are designed around people and their needs. However, it seems that the physical book continues to be widely used in a representative way, even precluding the use for which it was intended. The book is used as an iconographic symbol that shows that a building is a library. This symbolic function seems to stem from the need to highlight a building’s status as a library. Thus, its librariness is assured thanks to a symbol rather than its function, but this is not necessarily a bad thing.\u0000\u0000\u0000Resumen\u0000El diseño de bibliotecas ha dejado de hacerse pensando en el almacenamiento de libros. Se proyecta en torno a las personas y sus necesidades. Sin embargo, el libro físico parece seguir estando presente de forma generalizada con una utilidad representativa, incluso imposibilitando el uso para el que fue creado. El libro se utiliza como símbolo iconográfico, para evidenciar que el edificio se trata de una biblioteca. Esta función simbólica parece ser el resultado de la necesidad de evidenciar la condición de bibliotecas de los edificios. Associations, the social economy, food cooperatives, cohousing, inclusive projects, and hackathons help create rural communities that are more capable, entrepreneurial, cohesive, and collaborative.\u0000\u0000\u0000Resumen\u0000La nueva ruralidad nace con el objetivo de generar oportunidades a través de la conectividad, la movilidad y la promoción personal y profesional de las mujeres. Se toman los datos de todas las facultades relacionadas con Humanidades y Ciencias sociales y se profundiza en el caso de Derecho, ya que es la disciplina peor representada en otras bases de datos. La profundización se realiza con los datos de la Facultad, de los departamentos, de los institutos de investigación y de los grupos de investigación ligados al Derecho; además de con el listado de revistas en las que publica, y los datos de los libros publicados por la Facultad. The Cambridge Analytica case, which has still been insufficiently addressed as an object of study in its full complexity, highlights the incalculable value of user data and the potential for their manipulation. This marked the beginning of the decline of Facebook’s reputation owing to a combination of negative situations and that has continued since. This paper analyzes the case and its implications in terms of the concepts of reputation and crisis, highlighting the importance of a positive image and its impact on different stakeholders, and points to the rebranding as Meta as a false closure of a crisis of confidence that continues today.\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000\u0000Resumen\u0000Facebook ha protagonizado en los últimos años uno de los escándalos más relevantes por las implicaciones que tiene a nivel legal, político, social y ético, principalmente. El caso Cambridge Analytica, todavía insuficientemente abordado como objeto de estudio en su complejidad, pone en evidencia el valor incalculable de los datos de los usuarios y el potencial de manipulación que representa. Supone el inicio del declive de la reputación de Facebook, que se ha convertido en un suma y sigue desde entonces. This text argues that these so-called transformative agreements are bound to be most efficient where green OA is already consolidated and explores the viability of the new Rights Retention Strategy as a corollary of such a strategy. \u0000\u0000Resumen\u0000La propuesta de la cOAlición S de avanzar hacia un entorno de pleno acceso abierto inmediato a través de los acuerdos transformativos con los editores difundida en septiembre de 2018 fue recibida con el lógico recelo por parte de los actores más relevantes en países con menor implantación del acceso abierto y menores recursos económicos para costear semejante transición. These extraordinary technological achievements offer huge potential opportunities but, at the same time, are vulnerable to certain questionable uses that constitute real threats. This paper examines recent initiatives targeting the simulation of human writing, the creation of deepfake videos, voice cloning, and the generation of images from text prompts. Then, the potential benefits of these developments as well as the main dangers resulting from their misuse are discussed.\u0000\u0000\u0000Resumen\u0000En los últimos años se ha visto un crecimiento exponencial de los desarrollos orientados a la creación de contenido textual, gráfico, sonoro y audiovisual mediante inteligencia artificial. This agreement establishes the primacy of peer review based on qualitative criteria in order to be able to recognize the diversity of contributions and research careers, and advocates to stop the inappropriate use of journal-based metrics. How can evaluation in Spain, heavily based on these metrics, be reformed to align with these principles? In this letter we propose that it is not possible to move towards the principles of the European agreement without making structural changes in the governance of evaluation, with a return of autonomy to the universities. We advocate that individual evaluations by agencies outside the university should be limited, and that, instead, institutional evaluation should be encouraged. This note offers a review of the literature published in the last decade about the evolution of open access to the scientific literature and the analysis of open access indicators developed in different countries.
