The research method applied is a qualitative phenomenological approach, examining phenomena that emerge among Nusawungu Vocational School students regarding the use of social media as a medium for actualization and expression of creativity. The results obtained from this research found various activities carried out by students related to the use of Facebook as a creative forum and source of information among students. Such as using Facebook to share photos, videos, exchange ideas in extracurricular activities. Aceh is a regional government that has a special autonomy related to one of the distinctive characteristics of using Islamic Sharia in forming its policies. Article 96, paragraph 1, of Law Number 13 of 2022 is the legal basis for the public to participate in the formation of statutory regulations. Public participation in the formulation of legislative regulations is the implementation of the objectives of Indonesia for the well-being of the entire Indonesian people. Seeing this, problems arise regarding how to apply Acehnese customary law in regional regulations and the participation of the Acehnese traditional community in the formation of regional regulations. The research method used in this writing is normative juridical, by examining library materials or secondary data. This research explains that the application of customary law in Aceh in regional regulations is called qanun, which is based on Islamic sharia. In this study, the authors found a unique concept of sanadization, namely the Sanadization of the Hadith Musalsal bi Al-Yamaniyin, or the form of sanad, which is the custom of a family in Yemen. Therefore, this study aims to trace the examples of sanadization that the researcher mentioned earlier. In this study, the authors used a qualitative research method with a type of library research, with a regional hadith study approach. This research found that the people of Yemen strictly guard against Islamic knowledge, especially in the transmission of hadiths, so there is a habit of transmitting hadiths by information from close family members. This research aims to determine the social and cultural practices and systems of Islamic society in Donggo by using descriptive qualitative research which emphasizes the interview approach as the main basis for data collection. The methods include deductive and inductive methods as a comparison material, and then conclusions can be drawn. The research results show that the social system of the Donggo community is built on the basis of joint deliberation in the development of Islamic culture, both physical development and massive Islamic preaching carried out in the area. The research method uses a quantitative approach using a cross sectional study research design, namely data collection and research conducted at the same time. The data collection technique was done with a questionnaire. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between motivation and employee discipline at SMK Negeri 1 Langowan. The results showed that the management of the Transporters Business License still experienced obstacles. The proposal to appoint active high-ranking TNI/PORI officers as Acting Regional Heads by the Ministry of Home Affairs has drawn polemics. The method used in this research is qualitative research through a normative legal approach, namely an approach that uses positivist juridical conceptions. The data collected is by using literature studies, scientific articles, legal expert opinions, and other legal sources. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using qualitative analysis methods. The results found that by increasing supervision of the implementation of loading and unloading performance of goods and containers, it is possible that there is no idle time.
