This was further realized with Law Number 16 of 2017 concerning amendments to Law Number 17 of 2013 concerning Community Organizations. Community Organizations, hereinafter referred to as Ormas, are associations created by the community and formed based on the same aspirations, goals and ideals based on voluntary aspects to participate in development as a form of support in achieving state goals based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Community Organizations have a function as intermediaries to provide aspirations and participation of the community in government, as a forum that provides protection to the community itself, functions to maintain customs and culture as well as religious values, preserve and maintain existing norms in society, both moral and ethical. , and culture that lives in society, and other functions stated in the applicable laws and regulations. The existence of mass organizations is expected to act as a mouthpiece for the people of the area who have united them. Culture is viewed in a completely aesthetic way. What Kleden explains, if it is related to the context of caci, mbata, sanda, danding, etc., seems to be challenged in the midst of today's cultural modernization. Therefore, such cultural heritage should be interpreted as a whole (totality) as a characteristic of Manggarai culture. In the context of caci, it is actually a strategic event in terms of promoting regional tourism. The dance of mutual whipping between adult men (caci) should have a legal basis in the form of regional regulations. This is the task of the regional parliament (DPRD) to make regional regulations. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method which aims to describe the forms, uniqueness and variety of culture of the Manggarai people. The main instrument in this research is own research. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary data, primary data is data obtained from interviews or observations. Meanwhile, secondary data is data obtained from the results of reviewing reference books or documentation. Community perception of the cultural diversity of Manggarai, especially Gorontalo Village, Komodo District, West Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The research results show that the Democratic Party in the era of AHY's leadership for the 2020-2022 period has made various efforts to realize ideal party institutional strengthening. However, the identification of the Democratic Party as a Family Party with the placement of Susilo Bambang Yudhyono (SBY) as Chair of the Party High Council and Edi Baskoro Yudhyono (Ibas) as Chair of the Party Fraction in the structure of the Democratic Party's Central Leadership Council (DPP) for the 2020-2025 period is a challenge in itself. the process of strengthening the party's institutions. Nevertheless, the results of this research show that the Democratic Party in the era of AHY's leadership for the 2020-2022 period has a relatively strong level of institutionalization. This shows that, even though the Democratic Party is identified as the Family Party, the influence of the family party factor does not have a significant impact on the institutional weakening of the Democratic Party in the era of AHY's leadership for the 2020-2022 period. This research uses Randall and Svasand's theory of political party institutionalization through internal aspects viewed from the systemic dimension and external aspects viewed from the public image dimension. Risks that can cause harm to patients can occur in even the smallest medical procedures. A doctor can be held liable if he has made a mistake or negligence and caused harm, although basically no doctor intentionally makes a mistake as happened in the Indonesian Supreme Court Decision Number 2811K/Pdt/2012. The type of research used by the author is normative juridical, namely legal research carried out by examining library materials or often also referred to as library legal research. The results of the research carried out were obtained by the judge's consideration in the Indonesian Supreme Court Decision Number 2811K/Pdt/2012 which was inaccurate, because according to the Supreme Court judge, the cassation respondent's actions were correct and did not violate any legal provisions. In fact, after a description of the facts in the series of events in this case, it was clearly found that the doctor and hospital had done things that violated the provisions of the Health Law, including violating the Medical Code of Ethics. The actions of the cassation respondent, especially doctor E and including doctor J as the recipient of the delegation, have been proven to be in breach of contract. Article 96, paragraph 1, of Law Number 13 of 2022 is the legal basis for the public to participate in the formation of statutory regulations. Public participation in the formulation of legislative regulations is the implementation of the objectives of Indonesia for the well-being of the entire Indonesian people. Seeing this, problems arise regarding how to apply Acehnese customary law in regional regulations and the participation of the Acehnese traditional community in the formation of regional regulations. The research method used in this writing is normative juridical, by examining library materials or secondary data. This research explains that the application of customary law in Aceh in regional regulations is called qanun, which is based on Islamic sharia. In this study, the authors found a unique concept of sanadization, namely the Sanadization of the Hadith Musalsal bi Al-Yamaniyin, or the form of sanad, which is the custom of a family in Yemen. Therefore, this study aims to trace the examples of sanadization that the researcher mentioned earlier. In this study, the authors used a qualitative research method with a type of library research, with a regional hadith study approach. This research found that the people of Yemen strictly guard against Islamic knowledge, especially in the transmission of hadiths, so there is a habit of transmitting hadiths by information from close family members. The methods include deductive and inductive methods as a comparison material, and then conclusions can be drawn. The research results show that the social system of the Donggo community is built on the basis of joint deliberation in the development of Islamic culture, both physical development and massive Islamic preaching carried out in the area. The data collection technique was done with a questionnaire. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between motivation and employee discipline at SMK Negeri 1 Langowan.
