There are at least 4 strategic roles of SMIs, namely: (1) large numbers and spread in every economic sector, (2) great potential in absorbing labor and (3) utilizing local raw materials, and (4) the resulting production is a product that is needed by the community at affordable prices. The current era of the Covid-19 pandemic is taking place in various aspects of life, including the business world where business people respond quickly by competing to change the concept of doing business from conventional (offline) to digital (online) to face increasingly fierce business competition. Based on the market analysis conducted, it shows that the marketing of Pamekasan Batik Madura still has a large market opportunity to be developed using several appropriate marketing development strategies. The marketing position of IKM Batik Pamekasan products through the SWOT Matrix shows build and grow. The general strategy used is intensive (market penetration, market development and product development) or integration (backward integration, forward integration and horizontal integration). market, market penetration, product development, vertical integration (front/back,) horizontal integration, concentric diversification. The grand strategy for developing the marketing of IKMBatik Pamekasan products that leads to an increase in RISE-N (Relevance, Internal management, Sustainability, Efficiency and productivity, Networking). Good cooperation between the government, the private sector and investors needs to be improved so that IKM Batik Pamekasan products have an impact on sustainable development and are able to raise the welfare of the people of Pamekasan and its surroundings. \u0000(Versi Indonesia) \u0000IKM mempunyai peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Setidaknya terdapat 4 peran strategis IKM, yaitu: (1) jumlahnya besar dan tersebar di setiap sektor ekonomi, (2) potensi besar dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja dan (3) memanfaatkan bahan baku lokal, dan (4) produksi yang dihasilkan adalah produk yang dibutuhkan masyarakat dengan harga terjangkau. Era pandemi Covid-19 saat ini sedang berlangsung pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, tidak terkecuali dunia bisnis dimana para pelaku bisnis merespon cepat dengan berlomba-lomba melakukan perubahan konsep berbisnis dari konvensional (offline) menjadi digital (online) untuk menghadapi persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat. Berdasarkan analisis pasar yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran batik Pamekasan Madura masih memiliki peluang pasar yang besar untuk dikembangkan dengan menggunakan beberapa strategi pengembangan pemasaran yang tepat. The research method used was partial least square on 85 members in Batu KUD by using purposive sampling. The results showed the effect of marketing mix and service quality on satisfaction was positive and significant, marketing mix and service quality on member loyalty was positive and insignificant, satisfaction with member loyalty was positive and significant, satisfaction did not mediate in the marketing mix on member loyalty, and member satisfaction mediates the quality of service to member loyalty. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: marketing mix, service, satisfaction, loyalty \u0000Abstrak \u0000Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota, bauran pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas anggota, kepuasan terhadap loyalitas anggota,  kepuasan memediasi pada bauran pemasaran terhadap loyalitas anggota dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas anggota. This study uses a quantitative research type with 2 equations in multiple linear regression analysis, the following equations are: First, the regression of entrepreneurial characteristics variables, business capital, marketing strategies on the development of MSMEs. Second, the regression of entrepreneurial characteristics variables, business capital, marketing strategies and innovations on the development of SMEs. This research is processed using primary data. The population in this study were 1,738 business actors. While the technique of data collection or collection is done by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) given to SMEs in Semarang Regency. The sample of this study was taken as many as 100 respondents using systematic random sampling which can be used for a homogeneous population. The results showed that entrepreneurial characteristics had a significant positive effect on the development of MSMEs, business capital had no effect on the development of MSMEs, marketing strategies had a significant positive effect on the development of MSMEs, and innovation had a significant positive effect on the development of MSMEs. These elements include training and development, recruitment and selection, job satisfaction, and motivation. Purposive sampling was used to collect data from 260 employees of four-star hotels in Batam, and the data was processed using Smart PLS 3.0 application. The findings revealed that those elements have an impact significantly positive towards employee performance. Motivation, as a mediating variable, also showed the same result towards employee performance. This outcome will be beneficial to Hotel Management in terms of maintaining and improving employee performance. Abstrak Studi ini dilaksanakan untuk mengidentidikasi elemen penting yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Elemen-elemen tersebut berfokus pada pelatihan dan pengembangan, rekrutmen dan seleksi, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi. Perolehan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 260 karyawan hotel berbintang empat di Kota Batam dan diuji melalui aplikasi Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan positif dari elemen penting tersebut terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivation sebagai variabel mediasi, juga memiliki dampak yang signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini akan berguna bagi Manajemen Hotel untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. The intended factors are anchoring, overconfidence, herding, and regret aversion. Purposive sampling method were used in this paper to take samples. 330 questionnaires were distributed to property investors in Batam, but only 246 questionnaires or around 74.54% datas were used to be primary data in generating the analysis which will be calculated using multiple linear regressions by SPSS version 24 software. Among the various factors, the results revealed that anchoring, overconfidence, and regret aversion have significantly positive influence towards property investment decision in Batam. Regret aversion has significantly negative influence towards property investment decision in Batam. Metode purposive sampling dipilih oleh peneliti untuk mengambil sampel yaitu dengan teknik yang sudah ditentukan terlebih dahulu berdasarkan maksud dan tujuan penelitian Dari 330 kuesioner yang didistribusikan secara langsung kepada investor properti di Batam, peneliti mendapatkan 246 kuesioner atau sebesar 74.54% data yang layak diolah dan dijadikan sebagai data utama untuk dihitung serta dianalisa menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui software SPSS versi 24.. Hasil yang disimpulkan dari analisa penelitian adalah anchoring, overconfidence dan herding memiliki signifikansi positif terhadap investment decision properti di Batam. Regret aversion memiliki signifikansi negatif terhadap investment decision properti di Batam. Working capital management here is seen through cash conversion cycle company. The study also looked at the moderating effect of financial constraints on the effect of working capital management on profitaility. The research used purposive sampling method and the analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that cash conversion cycle has a significant negative effect on profitability. The financial constraints variabel strengthens the negative effect of the cash conversion cycle on profitability. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: working capital management, cash conversion cycle, profitability, and financial constraints. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas. Manajemen modal kerja disini dilihat melalui siklus konversi kas perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga melihat efek moderasi financial constraints pada pengaruh manajemen modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dan metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen modal kerja melalui siklus konversi kas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.
