The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect are: a) competence on job satisfaction: b) compensation on job satisfaction; c) performance competence; d) compensation for performance; e) job satisfaction on performance; f) indirect competence through job satisfaction on performance; g) indirect compensation through job satisfaction on performance. This type of research is explanatory research using path analysis. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, competence had a positive and significant effect on performance, compensation had a positive and significant effect on performance, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on performance. positive and significant effect on performance, competence with job satisfaction mediation has a positive effect on performance, and compensation with job satisfaction mediation has a positive effect on the performance of Army Polytechnic Civil Servants. \u0000Keywords: Competency, Compensation, Job Satisfaction and Performance \u0000Abstrak \u0000Kompetensi dan kompensasi yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja PNS sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran pelayanan di lembaga pendidikan khususnya Politeknik Angkatan Darat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan analisis pengaruh adalah: a) kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja: b) kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja; c) kompetensi terhadap kinerja; d) kompensasi terhadap kinerja; e) kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja; f) tidak langsung kompetensi melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja; g) tidak langsung kompensasi melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. The population is the MSMEs in Probolinggo Regency, and the sample selection uses purposive sampling. The Hypothesis Testing is to see the relationship between Strategic Management Implementation and Going Concern using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that the level of Strategic Management Implementation is at a high level, while the results of statistical tests show that there is a significant positive effect between Strategic Management Implementation and Business Going Concern. Refers to this reseach, the effort to enhance the MSMEs understanding on Strategic management should be done in order they could maintain and surviving their business. \u0000_________________________________________________________________ \u0000Penelitian ini menganalisis sejauh mana UMKM mengimplementasikan Manajemen Strategik dalam aktivitas usaha mereka dan menguji bagaimanakah hubungan antara Implementasi Manajemen Strategik dengan Keberlangsungan (Going Concern) Usaha. Populasi penelitian ini adalah UMKM yang ada di Kabupaten Probolinggo, purposive sampling adalah metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan yaitu dilakukan dengan pertimbangan kriteria tertentu. Pengujian Hipotesis untuk melihat hubungan Implementasi Manajemen Strategik dengan Keberlangsungan (Going Concern) Usaha dilakukan dengan pendekatan SEM (Structural Equation Model) berbasis PLS (Partial Least Square). The high mortality rate for mothers and newborns is not just a matter of fate, but something that is done by humans. The maternal and newborn mortality rate in Indonesia is the highest compared to other countries in ASEAN. In response to this, the Pasuruan Regency Government responded by making a policy in the form of the establishment of the Penakib Forum which has a vision to make Pasuruan district a safe, safe and pleasant place for every pregnant woman. and newborns. This forum consists of all cross-sectoral components, namely consisting of the health office, referral hospitals, puskesmas, village midwives, health cadres, and community organizations in Pasuruan Regency. This vision is in accordance with the regional medium-term development plan (RPJMD) for 2018 - 2023 which carries the vision \"The realization of a Prosperous, Maslahat and competitive Pasuruan Regency\". \u0000______________________________________________________________________ \u0000Negara didirikan salah satu tujuannya adalah untuk melindungi  kehidupan dan memajukan kesejahteraan bangsa, maka pemerintah berkewajiban membantu memenuhi hak-hak dasar dasar masyarakat. Tingginya angka kematian ibu dan bayi baru lahir bukan sekedar bicara takdir, namun ada suatu kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh manusia. Angka kematian ibu dan bayi baru lahir di Indonesia tertinggi dibandingkan dengan negaralain di ASEAN.menganggapi hal tersebut Pemerintah Kabupaten Pasuruan merespon dengan membuat kebijakan dalam bentuk pendirian Forum penakib yang memiliki visi untuk mewujudkan Kabupaten Pasuruan menjadi tempat yang aman, selamat dan menyenangkan bagi setiap ibu hamil dan bayi baru lahir. Forum  ini terdiri dari seluruh komponen lintas sektoral, yaitu terdiri dari dinas kesehatan, rumah sakit rujukan, puskesmas, bidan desa, kader kesehatan, serta organisasi masyarakat yang ada di Kabupaten Pasuruan. The population in this study were all companies registered in JII 2011-2015, the sampling technique using purposive sampling, so that a total sample of 11 companies was obtained for five years, or equal to 55 annual reports. The analysis in this study is a descriptive statistical analysis by conducting a classic assumption test. The multiple linear regression analysis in this study uses SPSS 17 statistical analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that the Industry Type and Environmental Performance variables have no significant effect on Islamic Social Reporting Disclosure, while ROE has a significant negative effect and ROA has a significant positive effect on Islamic Social Reporting Disclosure. \u0000Keywords: Industrial Type, ROE, ROA, Environmental Performance, Islamic Social Reporting Disclosure. \u0000Indonesia \u0000Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel tipe industri, profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan ROE dan ROA, serta kinerja lingkungan terhadap pengungkapan islamic social reporting pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII Periode 2011-2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII periode 2011-2015, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh total sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan selama lima tahun, atau sama dengan 55 laporan tahunan. Analisis dalam penelitian ini merupakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik. Adapun analisis regresi linier berganda dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis statistik SPSS 17. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang di ambil dari pemilik UKM Desa Damarjati.Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa inovasi produk dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada UKM di Desa Damarjati. This population is a buyer Wardah Beauty House Surabaya. The sample used in this research as many as 100 respondents taken using Insidental sampling. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the halal label has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, religiosity has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, halal label has a positive effect and no significant purchase decision. Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision, the label has a significant effect on purchasing decision through buying interest. Religiosity has a significant effect on buying keputisan through buying interest, buying interest have positive and insignificant effect to purchasing decisio. \u0000Keywords: Halal Label, Religiosity, Buying Interest, Purchase Decision. \u0000 Indonesia \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh label halal terhadap minat beli, label halal terhadap keputusan pembelian, religiusitas terhadap minat beli, religiusitas terhadap keputusan pembelian, label halal terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli, religiusitas terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli, dan minat beli terhadap keputusan pembelian pada pembeli kosmetik wardah di Wardah Beauty House Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis jalur. Populasi ini adalah pembeli kosmetik wardah diwardah beauty house Surabaya. sampel yang digunakan dalam penenlitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil menggunakan Sampling Insidental. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa label halal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, label halal berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan keputusan pembelian. Religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, label berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the classic assumption test that is multiple linear regression analysis, t test and the coefficient of determination test with the SPSS 17 program. The results of this study indicate that the independent commissioner and audit committee variables have a significant effect on intellectual capital disclosure, while the profitability and leverage variables have no significant effect on intellectual capital disclosure \u0000Keywords: Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee, Profitability, Leverage, Intellectual Capital Disclosure \u0000Indonesia \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruhcorporate governanceyang diproksikan komisaris independen dan komite audit , profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap pengungkapan modal intelektualstudi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2013-2015) Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2013-2015, sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling sehingga diperoleh total sampel sebanyak 90, dan telah mempublikasikan laporan tehunannya. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan program SPSS17. Determination of the number of samples using the formula Machin and Campbell (1987) with accidental techniques sampling is accidental sampling and qualifies as respondents who meet with researchers. To collect data using a questionnaire and observation. The population in this study are consumers in 3 outdoor shades cafes in Malang. The sample used was 100 people. The analytical method used is variance based SEM using statistical tools Smartpls3.0. Untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Konsumen pada 3 kafe nuansa outdoor di Kota Malang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah variance based SEM dengan menggunakan aalat analisis statistik Smartpls3,0.
