To achieve this goal, this study uses quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation had no significant effect on employee performance, work environment had no significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, work environment and work discipline on job satisfaction at Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) Kabupaten Malang. To achieve this goal, this study uses quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis.
