It is proven that the national-patriotic education of youth in today's conditions is one of the most priority areas of work of educational institutions of Ukraine.The peculiarities of national-patriotic education of schoolchildren within technological education are analyzed. The potential possibilities of the content of labor training as an effective means of national-patriotic education are considered. It has been proven that the involvement of students in the achievements of Ukrainian national culture ensures the effective inclusion of the younger generation in the sphere of spiritual and material heritage of Ukrainians of the past. This contributes to the revival and preservation of the cultural heritage of the Ukrainian people, affects the formation of national self-The issue of the specifics of the educational and educational work of technology teachers in the conditions of the new Ukrainian school was considered. It was established that the qualitative implementation of the above depends on the national-patriotic identity of the teacher himself.The peculiarities of the national-patriotic education of students ‒ future technology teachers by means of the content of the relevant educational components are revealed. The experience of strengthening the national-patriotic views of student youth based on a set of measures of a theoretical and practical nature, which have a patriotic orientation and are relevant in todayʼs conditions, is highlighted. For successful pedagogical activity in this new information and high-tech society, the teacher needs to develop his capabilities much higher than those that were in the past by forming professional competences in general, hence environmental competences in particular. Educational STEM technology is a modern didactic tool, the conceptual basis of which is aimed at: forming the professional competences of the acquirers at a qualitatively new level-STEM and environmental competences, which transform the educational achievements of the acquirer into the professional activity of a specialist; are the key to the successful socialization of applicants and are designed to make them competitive on the labor market. The content, functions and structure of STEM technology were studied. The methodical features of the application of STEM technology during professional-pedagogical training with the aim of forming the environmental competence of students of higher pedagogical education have been clarified. A methodical way of introducing educational STEM technology into the system of pedagogical training of future teachers of natural sciences with the aim of forming environmental competences is proposed. An algorithm for the organization of educational and cognitive activities of applicants during the STEM technology “Tourist Secrets of Ukraine” has been developed. The scientific literature on the research topic was analyzed, which made it possible to draw a conclusion about the need for an active search for effective technologies, scientific research on the outlined problem. It was determined that professional competence is a complex system formation, one of the components of which is professional speech competence, the level of which largely depends on the effectiveness of performing tasks of professional activity, the success of interpersonal interaction between a specialist and a patient, other specialists and ultimately the effectiveness of medical help. The key components of the professional competence of future medical specialists are highlighted: organizational, information, operational, communication skills. The main approaches to the interpretation of the concept of «professional speech competence» are outlined. The correlation between the concepts of «professional competence», «communicative competence», «professional-speech competence» is revealed. The author’s experience of teaching Academic English course is described. It is indicated that the structure of the course is designed in such a way as to equip future specialists with knowledge and skills that they will need both in professional activities (writing CVs, letters, electronic messages, etc.) and for continuing education (making abstracts, summaries, list of references etc.). When international cooperation with colleagues is being intensified and new information technologies are being introduced, the skills of graphic signs’ conversion still remains relevant and valuable for improving written formal communication for the acquired profession and everyday life. The article is based on Ukrainian current standard of proper name transliteration and highlights some advantages and disadvantages of such transformation method. The development of masters’ transliteration skills occurs logically in several stages: from learning the rules of conversion, improving skills to the Standard application when students are to form a portfolio with own documents, analyse and compare different transliteration systems while getting acquainted with online transliteration services. The author assumes having worked out the transliteration rules students can consciously produce them in similar cases. The article concludes that the prospects of professional activity require from the future specialists to be familiar with the means and norms of transliteration when presenting one’s own life experience, experience of education, work or scientific activity etc. in formal papers. The peculiarities of the manifestation of general underdevelopment of language in younger schoolchildren are considered, and the place and peculiarities of the preparation of future primary school teachers for this work are determined. The concept of “general underdevelopment of language” is revealed. The analysis revealed the general underdevelopment of the speech of students of grades 1‒4. It has been established that in three to four years of study, children with general underdevelopment of the language can master the language at a sufficient level and acquire more or less formed language skills (pronunciation, vocabulary).It has been proven that the work on the development of the language activity of such children is carried out more effectively if the primary school teacher joins in solving this problem, since he communicates with them throughout the school day, as well as outside of school hours.The Standard of Higher Education in specialty 013 “Elementary Education” of the first (bachelorʼs) level of higher education, the curriculum for the training of future primary school teachers was analyzed. It was revealed that the training of future primary school teachers is provided by general humanitarian, socio-economic, mathematical, natural science disciplines, as well as general professional and subject training disciplines. Possibilities of training future teachers for the development of language activities of younger schoolchildren, in particular with children who have general language underdevelopment based on the integration approach, have been established. The use of new technologies in studying of a future specialist with the involvement of relevant standards and principles of society ensures the formation of a certain competence. The article emphasizes that communication competence is of great importance for a physical rehabilitator, because a specialist, while performing his duties, must be able to communicate with patients, be restrained when communicating, empathize and be able to respond correctly to patients' appeals. The main issue remains the development of a new system of education and training of specialists who will have sufficient scientific and technical potential, possess the necessary innovative technologies in the modern conditions of the development of world society. To achieve the goal of the research, a set of research methods was used: theoretical (comparative, logical, terminological, generalization, abstraction, analysis and synthesis) and empirical (observation, survey, ascertaining pedagogical experiment). In the conditions of a rapidly changing world and an increase in the flow of information, fundamental subject knowledge is a necessary but not sufficient goal of education. The impact of sports activities on a person, the formation of an individual style of sports activities is revealed. The main criteria for the effectiveness of competitive activity in sports games and mental properties are disclosed: intellectual, which ensure reception and processing of information, decision-making; which determine the quality of the subjectʼs motor actions and operations; communicative, created for interaction with other people; emotional, affecting energy and expressive characteristics of activity; strong-willed, ensuring overcoming obstacles; moral, which determine the motivation of the activity and compliance of the goal, means, results, with certain moral standards. The psychological features of sports activities in football are revealed. The need to take into account the main components of tactical and technical, special and general physical training of young football players for competitions, their age, gender, individual and typological features of the psyche and higher nervousactivity has been proved. The psychological features of sports activity in hockey are considered. It has been established that they are determined by the features of hockey playersʼ playing activities and are regulated by certain rules of the game. The specifics of sports activity in hockey are revealed (significant and intense, impulsive motor activity in a rather limited space and not on a natural support (ice, skates); tough power struggle with opponents, many game variations, as well as team actions. The requirements for the mental characteristics of young people are highlighted hockey athletes and psychological preparation of future physical education teachers for this process. It has been proved that football and hockey is a collective game, the functioning of a small group. The author founds that important prerequisites for the process of legal education of officers in the higher military school of Ukraine of the studied period were the need to ensure military discipline, the dominance of Soviet legal understanding, and the complication of organizational and managerial relations in the military sphere. In addition, it was determined that during the middle of the 20th ‒ the beginning of the 21st century, the development of legal education as an element of the training of military specialists with higher education was influenced by three groups of factors: normative and legal; socio-political; socio-economic. Rethinking the experience of training military specialists with higher education, accumulated in Soviet times, can today be considered one of the urgent tasks of thehistory of domestic educational science. The analysis of achievements and miscalculations of educational theory and practice of the past allows us to determine further steps in reforming the school for training officers for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Therefore, the analysis of the process of formation of military education in Ukraine points to ways of its improvement.
