This research is a quantitative study using evaluation methods. Data collection techniques in research is to use a questionnaire for teachers of Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects. The data obtained were analyzed using simple regression analysis techniques. There is a positive and significant effect between the teacher's work ability on teaching and learning, where the correlation between the teacher's work ability and teaching and learning process gives a coefficient value of 0.978. Because the coefficient is close to 1, it can be concluded that the relationship between teacher's work ability and teaching and learning process is very close. There is a positive and significant effect between teacher's work motivation on teaching and learning where the correlation between teacher's work motivation and teaching and learning process gives a coefficient value of 0.937. Because the coefficient is close to 1, it can be concluded that the relationship between work motivation of teachers and teaching and learning process is very close. Facts on the ground show that the level of literacy culture in Indonesia is still relatively low. This is evident from the data reported by UNESCO (United Nations Educational and Educational Organization) that the reading interest index in Indonesia is 0.001, which means that from 1000 people there is only one person who has an interest in reading. This study aims to describe the results of the use of debate models in the development of critical thinking skills of students. The research approach is qualitative with the case study method. The research participants were students of the Department of Citizenship Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the use of the debate model had a positive influence on the development of students' critical thinking skills. Access to information and communication opens space for foreign cultures to enter freely. In this era of globalization, many young Indonesian citizens are more proud of foreign cultures and follow the lifestyles of other nations so that they forget the culture of their own people. Eventually they lost their love for the country. This study aims to analyze the process of strengthening the character of patriotism through singing national songs on the Harmony Choir extracurricular. This research uses descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The collection technique is done by observation, documentation study, literature study, and interview with the board and teacher of Extracurricular Harmony Choir. The results showed that the implementation of national singing activities could increase student nationalism and patriotism in schools. This is done through discipline and application of extracurricular regulations. This regulation is implemented with the aim of leading and creating outstanding students in terms of local culture through the development and preservation of national songs. The formulation of the research problem is how is the impact of political education organized by the DPD PDI-P West Java in influencing cadre politics? The research approach used is qualitative with the c ase study method. The results of this study explain that party cadres are given political education consistently starting from the lowest level, namely branches, so that the results seen in the cadres are high growth of loyalty towards the party, growing critical thinking, having more open insight towards politics and becoming more active participate in various activities and socialize both with fellow cadres and with non-cadres in self-maturation efforts. In this case, the young generation, including Muhammadiyah youth has an important role in maintaining the survival of the nation and state. The existence of Pancasila moral is expected to be one of the solutions to strengthen national insight in Muhammadiyah's youth members. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research that uses a qualitative approach that intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects holistically, and descriptively in the form of words and languages in a special context that is natural and by utilizing various scientific methods. This study uses qualitative analysis methods. Data was obtained through four methods, namely interviews, observation, literature studies, and documentation studies. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of Pancasila morality on members of the Muhammadiyah Youth Organization can be proven by the many members who actively participate in organizational activities related to the development of national insight, including the KOKAM Symposium Seminar and Conference. The study was a quantitative study conducted by a descriptive method. The research location is the three high schools in the city of Banjarmasin. The samples were school based on the location of the school in the central, middle and suburbs. The population of this research is class XII students. Sampling was done by using a proportional random sample, obtained by the respondent amounted to 100 students aged 1719 years of data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using percentages. The background of the problem is based on two basic things. The purpose of this study was to determine the best practices carried out by each school to develop character education as one of the main objectives of the 2013 Curriculum. The research method was carried out qualitatively by an \"emic\" process in which the researcher conducted an in-depth study of the practice of character education in schools. This research was conducted in 3 schools, namely Lab school Unsyiah Banda Aceh High School, Banda Aceh 3 High School, and Banda Aceh 4 High School. The results found that in general the pattern of character education development carried out in the 3 schools studied had relatively similarities. Only character education at Lab school Unsyiah has more specific best practices because it implements the Fullday system at this school. While in the other two schools, the best practices for character education in SMA 3 and SMA 4 tend to be similar in the sense of not having longer learning time as in Lab school Unsyiah. In addition to the similarity patterns in the application of character education, the characteristics of each school were also found. Today Indonesia is confronted with problems arising from the progress of civilization and strong currents of globalization and no choice that can be selected in addition to preparing all Indonesians to strengthen the character of citizenship and the character of dealing with these changes. This study aims to determine the process of developing the 2013 curriculum in PPKn subjects, especially related to the competence of global citizens. The research design used is a mixed method with descriptive analysis research method. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, literature study, documentation study, and questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) implementation of the curriculum in PPKn subjects focused on the ability of teachers to package the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning. (2) The process of developing the 2013 curriculum in learning PPKn ideologically and conceptually by design is good, but in its instrumental aspects, it has not. (3) The constraints in learning are in the learning material and the achievement of competencies, complexity is not only caused by differences in historical experiences in the process of growing nationalism, but also by the reality of Indonesia which is very pluralistic. But unfortunately, the fact in the field shows that when the researcher observed in class 5 of MI Al Huda during Civics learning, found several problems in the delivery of material, among the problems that arise are students less interested in PKn learning because the material tends to be textual and lots of reading must be understood by students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which is one of the types of research included in the type of qualitative research. The researcher will elaborate on the application of the media Board Game Pancasila Dadu to Civics learning in 5th grade MI Al Huda Malang based on the results of direct observation, interviews from various sources and documentation relating to these activities. The results of this study indicate that the play of Pancasila Dadu has a very positive impact on Civics learning in Grade 5 of MI Al Huda Malang namely: (1) 5th grade students of MI Al Huda become PKn learning spirit. (2) 5th grade students of MI Al Huda strongly agree that the Pancasila Dadu game is used as a learning media to introduce students to the precepts in the Pancasila.
