Design of a Switching Mode Three Phase Inverter 一种开关式三相逆变器的设计

An efficient three leg IGBT inverter has been designed for microgrid systems which are simulated by MATLAB2014a /Simulink. The inverter switches are controlled by a pulse controller, which mainly generates the switching gate pulse. The switching pulse controller consists of two level pulse width modulation (PWM), phase lock loop (PLL), DC voltage and current regulator and Uref generator. The inverter gate pulse has designed using the input reference voltage and current, output reference signal and a reference phase angle. The pulse signal precisely synchronized with the microgrid line frequency of zero crossing sampling and reduces the total losses in the inverter which is almost 50W. Two lowpass LC filters have been used in this inverter that reduces the switching loss. Multiband antennas with microstrip patch are designed basically for mobile and aerospace applications, the reasons for that is that these antennas have very light weight, low profile and low power consumption. These antennas have many shapes to get the bandwidth and the gain required. This paper attempts to design Microstrip Patch Antenna to facilitate dual band operation using multiband design formula proposed in literature. Two frequencies of 1.8 and 2.4 GHz were designed for mobile and wireless LAN applications. Antenna has been designed and optimized using computer simulation technology CST electromagnetic simulator. Desired dual band has been achieved by very simple geometry of pair of slots. Pair of slots antenna has been fabricated and tested using vector network analyzer (VNA) in the Lab. Multiband and wideband stack series array antenna were designed for the future 60 GHz in 5G application. Dual-layer substrate Technology was utilized in order to achieve a higher bandwidth which is needed to cover the V-band electromagnetic spectrum ranges from 50 -70 GHz. Total of 25 antenna array configurations were simulated and analyzed to develop the model. Proposed antenna can resonate at single band of (60GHz), dual band (57 GHz and 67.5) and triple band (54.82, 60.8 and 67.647GHz). The bandwidth of 14.836 GHz (53.33-68.186 GHz) and the gain of 13.05 dB were achieved by proposed antenna configurations. Simulated return loss, gain over the number of elements in upper/lower patches have been analyzed and presented. Many researchers are working on V-band antenna for wireless applications, However there are still some open issues such as the bandwidth and gain. The proposed array antenna provides flat gain, wide band width and higher efficiencies. The proposed antenna has a dimension of 285 mm x 220 mm which planned on FR-4 substrate with dielectric constant of εr = 4.7, loss tangent of tan δ = 0.019 and thickness of 1.6 mm. The addition of C-shaped stub at each end of the fractal Koch radiating element manages to reduce the dimension of conventional antenna by 26.58%. Log periodic antenna with C-shaped stub technique is able to achieve higher impedance bandwidth with the increase of the resonant length without additional space. The results show a good agreement with stable radiation patterns across the operating bands. In Malaysia, JAKIM plays very important role to certify halal product. Products with halal certification become highest priority in users' demands in Muslim country, particularly in Malaysia. However, due to the rapid development of advanced technology, irresponsible manufactures resort to produce fake halal to attract Muslim consumers and overshadow their decision. Therefore this project is to develop a halal kit identifier to help consumer to identify the halal status of the product. The main focus of this project is to validate the Halal status for products by using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to improve the existing systems available nowadays. Using this approach, the Halal status of the product can be easily validated, because every tag that will be embedded into food packages has its unique identification number. The antennas, which have a very simple structure without any shorting pin and shorting plate, are composed of meander and ladder feed lines, rectangular loop, capacitive tip-loading and T-match structure. In addition, a full ground plane has been inserted in both tag antenna designs in order to ensure that the tags can work properly when attached on metal object. The tags are designed to operate in the frequency range of 919 - 923 MHz, which is the frequency range of Malaysia. The simulation has been carried out using CST Simulation software. The simulated and measured results of both tag antenna designs in terms of impedance matching, reflection coefficient and tag reading range has been compared and analyzed. The proposed design has reduced the mutual coupling and enhance the bandwidth and efficiency. The proposed 2x2 MIMO patch antenna is simulated using Computer Simulation Technology (CST). The isolation, bandwidth and efficiency are enhanced by using groups of rings around the stepped cut at four corner and mid slot separation on the radiating path of the antenna. The bandwidth 1.4 GHz to 2.5 GHz, and 3GHz to 5.5 GHz are achieved. The rings used in this design are essential for having more new resonant frequencies. A novel concept of mid space separation on the patch is used to improve the isolation. Coupling coefficients of the simulated proposed antenna is found lower than -10dB for all the desired frequencies(1.5GHZ, 1.8GHz, 2.4GHz, 3.5GHz,5.2GHz and 5.5 GHz. 9.99 dB Diversity gain of the proposed 2x2 MIMO antenna system is also achieved higher. Envelope correlation coefficient (ECC) is less than 0.007 at the desired frequency bands. This results implies that the proposed antenna system is suitable for MIMO applications. Radiation efficiencies are achieved above 70% for all desired frequencies. This system is focused on the collecting, storing, and controlling the information of the chicken farm so that the high quality and quantity of the meal production can be produced. This system is developed to solve several problems in the chicken farm which are many human workers is needed to control the farm, high cost in maintenance, and inaccurate data collected at one point. The proposed methodology really helps in finishing this project within the period given. Based on the research that has been carried out, the system that can monitor and control environment condition (temperature, humidity, and light) has been developed by using the Arduino microcontroller. These switching angles can be achieved by calculating a set of nonlinear equations using Selective Harmonic Elimination Pulse Width Modulation (SHE PWM) technique. Modulation index (m) is a significant parameter used to control the amplitude of the fundamental output voltage of DC-AC inverter. By changing the value of modulation index the Total Harmonics Distortion (THD) also will change. In this paper, the influence of varying modulation index on the THD, and the performance of H-bridge inverter using SHE PWM scheme is evaluated.
