Originating in Wuhan, China has spread globally so rapidly that it can cause millions of deaths worldwide. The purpose and objective of this research is to determine the effectiveness of using the Rapid test in supporting the results of a Covid-19 diagnosis. The study sample described 233 people, with categories OTG, ODP, PDP or Confirm, who were taken from March 2020-June 2020. Although the diagnosis of acute patients with PCR-swabs has become the gold standard in diagnosing Covid-19, it is also necessary to have a Rapid antibody test blood) in the assessment of cases and antibody responses to specific groups of individuals. In this study, a specific SARS-CoV-2 early detection rapid test (within 15 minutes) was obtained. The results showed a sensitivity of 15.33% and a specificity of 51.19% based on the results of the Rapid test for antibodies (blood) to the Rapid test antigen (swab / PCR), although many negative results were found in the first week after infection . In addition, data analysis was also carried out using the Three-Box Method to understand understanding of the knowledge, actions and actions of respondents in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era. The good achievement of company performance is an indicator of the achievement of the company's strategic goals. This research was conducted at a lubricant manufacturing company. The issues faced by the company were a declining market share of sales related to the risk of highly competitive market competition, high levels of losses and rework, and failing to achieve production costs target related to process control methods and resource management. This study aims to determine the effect of risk management processes, personnel capabilities and the application of total quality management (TQM) on company performance. The questionnaire data analysis involved 74 respondents. The data then processed through validity, reliability, classical assumption testing, regression analysis and the coefficient of determination using SPSS. The results of the study showed that the risk management process did not significantly affect the company's performance, the influence of personnel capabilities and the implementation of TQM were positive and significant to the company's performance. The research locus was chosen based on the relationship with the community. The author formed the study as part of community service activities going on for approximately 3 years. The author wants to know for sure in advance and explore parenting communication that occurs so that steps for PKM activities can be taken like what is useful and effective according to the needs of students, parents, schools, and the community in general. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. By triangulating sources, The researcher used the Principal of SD Negeri Girimekar 3, the supervising teacher for the students whose parents were the respondents, and the class teacher. This research is based on the reason that the students of SD Negeri Girimekar 3 are many participants in the author's learning home learning community (PKBM). The study results found that not only teachers but also parents also act as the first and primary educators. The latter has the responsibility to create and nurture their children to become good children in terms of behavior, mental, and heart. Responsibility as a parent must motivate their children to become disciplined and confident children using their potential. This research population was the employees of Budi Kemuliaan Hospital from the nurse or midwife division, medical staff and non-medical staff which located in DKI Jakarta, with a total sample of 98 respondents. Through purposive sampling, those population were permanent employees in the nurse or midwife department, medical staff and non-medical division who have been worked for more than 2 years in order to gain their respective performance well. The analytical method that applied in this research by multiple linear regression with the assist of SPSS program. The research outcomes has been proved that competence has a positive affect on employee performance. So does with Motivation which also has a positive impact towards it. The increasing in competence and motivation on nurses or midwives, medical staff, and non-medical staff would be able to lifted their performance as well. However, it was found that the talent management has no impact towards the employee performance. Purpose of this research is to test empirically the effect of CSR disclosure, leverage, and GCG disclosure towards tax aggressiveness moderated by earning management in mining industry registered in the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2014-2019. Method of sample selection used purposive sampling and obtained 14 corporates with observations total of 84. Panel data regression analysis applied in this study used the help of Eviews version 12. Based on the results of hypothesis test, it is stated that the corporate social responsibility disclosure, leverage and good corporate governance disclosure have no effect on tax aggressiveness.
