摘要

本研究旨在探讨成就动机和组织文化对教师绩效的影响。这里的研究对象是位于雅加达DKI的Bina Insan Mandiri学校的长期教师,总共有65名教师。数据分析方法采用结构方程模型-偏最小二乘法(SEM-PLS)。结果表明,成就动机和组织文化对教师绩效和员工敬业度有正向显著的影响,员工敬业度在成就动机和组织文化对绩效的中介作用中也有正向显著的影响。
