In order to tackle this problem, a special approach is needed that takes into account the geographical and socio-economic conditions in swamplands. This study aims to analyze drug abuse prevention programs in Palembang City and develop an effective drug abuse prevention model in particular swamplands. This research used qualitative methods with triangulation techniques to gain an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the drug abuse program in Palembang City's swamplands. Informants in this study included three groups: drug abusers, stakeholders, and the community. A drug abuse prevention model in swampland must take into account the unique conditions of the area, such as limited accessibility and possibly low levels of community welfare. Effective approaches include improving access to education and health services, economic empowerment through local programs, and active community involvement in prevention efforts. Villages can organize government independently based on, by and for the people. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of competence, performance and community participation on the performance of village apparatus and whether organizational commitment can mediate competence and accountability to performance in Serang Baru District, Bekasi Regency. This research method is quantitative by distributing questionnaires and the results are processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study are that competence and accountability respectively have a significant effect on performance. At the level of cooperative governance implementation, it can invite prospective members and existing members to borrow, save, and simultaneously become members by paying primary, obligatory, and voluntary deposits. Law number 25 of 1992 states that membership is voluntary and open. Management is democratic. The distribution of SHU (Surplus Hasil Usaha) is done fairly according to the business services of PERFORMANCE Each member. Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs Regulation No. 19/Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015 regarding the Conduct of Cooperative Member Meetings, as well as the Articles of Association (AD) and Bylaws (ART), and Special Regulations of KSP Makmur Mandiri. The performance of officials, both quantitatively and qualitatively, is highly aware that the operational continuity of the Cooperative depends heavily on its members. Therefore, officials must continually engage in dynamics to enable borrowing members to engage in entrepreneurship in managing the loans they receive. Service to members in 2023 was optimal, as evidenced by the number of members totaling 97,216 people and an increase in members by 14,298 (17.24%). The Annual Member Meeting (RAT) is a legal obligation of the management to be accountable to the members and to prepare the activity plan for the year 2024 formally. In the Annual Member Meeting Accountability Report of Makmur Mandiri Cooperative, the assets in 2023 amounted to 1,208,252,027,314 and grew by 185,859,161,228 (18.18%). Business volume in 2023 was Rp. 953,467,242,000, with growth of Rp. 169,129,440,000 (21.56%). Employees who have high organisational commitment tend to show higher productivity, strong loyalty and better quality of work. In addition, strong organisational commitment reduces employee turnover rates, minimises recruitment and training costs, and helps retain knowledge and expertise within the organisation. Organisational commitment needs to be supported by appropriate compensation, a supportive work environment and employee job satisfaction. With the continuous role between these variables, it is expected to increase commitment to the organisation. This study aims to determine how to increase organisational commitment by identifying the direct and indirect effects of compensation, work environment and job satisfaction on organisational commitment at Raindear Coffee & Kitchen. This type of research method is a quantitative method using survey techniques. The population used in this study were employees of Raindear Coffee & Kitchen. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and path analysis with a total research sample of 112 respondents of Raindear Coffee & Kitchen employees. The results of this study found that there is a direct effect of compensation on job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.478, there is a direct effect of the work environment on job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.394, there is a direct effect of compensation on organisational commitment with a coefficient value of 0.239, there is a direct effect of work environment on organisational commitment with a coefficient value of 0.273, there is a direct effect of job satisfaction on organisational commitment with a coefficient value of 0.321, there is a indirect effect of compensation on organisational commitment through job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.153, there is a indirect effect of work environment on organisational commitment through job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.126. Effective and efficient dissemination of information is crucial in the organization of Hajj and Umrah, serving as a preventive measure against misinformation and requiring various information to be socialized to the public. This study analyzed the utilization of the social media platform Instagram as an information medium for Hajj by the Ministry of Religious Affairs through the account @informasihaji. We employed a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques used documentation of information and posts on the @informasihaji Instagram account, encompassing images, videos, and captions. For the data analysis,the Miles and Huberman theory was used. The findings indicate that the @informasihaji account has successfully provided timely and easily understandable information through a variety of visual posts and collaborations with other accounts. However, some shortcomings remain, such as an unorganized feed layout and a lack of two-way interaction with followers. This research was conducted to determine the Product Quality at PT Mora Yamaha Tanjungsari, Purchase Decision at PT Mora Yamaha Tanjungsari, and the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions at PT Mora Yamaha Tanjungsari. The methods used in this research are descriptive methods and verification methods. The data used are primary and secondary data generated through observation, interviews, questionnaires (questionnaires) and literature. Sampling was done with purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis of this study is that there is an effect of product quality on purchasing decisions at PT Mora Yamaha Tanjungsari. To measure the influence of these variables, the classical assumption test, simple linear regression, and the coefficient of determination are used with the help of the software application system (SPSS). Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods, the results of the classical assumption test are valid and reliable, the results of the correlation coefficient are included in the strong category, and the coefficient of determination (KD) is large. Based on these results it can be concluded that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. This research aims to find out how the implementation of Islamic Religious Education in shaping morals at Muhammadiyah PK Surakarta High School. The method in this research uses a qualitative method with a field study approach. The research technique used is to use data triangulation that combines observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the learning of PAI at SMA Muhammdiyah PK Surakarta was quite good as seen from students who had behaved well although some were not in accordance with what was expected. Although the implementation of PAI learning on student morals at SMA Muhammadiyah PK Surakarta is quite good, it has not achieved maximum results as expected. This is due to the limited time allocation for Islamic Education subjects compared to other general subjects. Sampling is carried out with the sampling technique used in this study is random sampling (probability sampling), namely by simple random sampling. This study used quantitative data with the distribution of questionnaires processed using PLS Software. The results of this study are first, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency. Second, organizational culture has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency. Third, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the innovation of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency. Fourth, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on the innovation of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency. Fifth, Innovation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency. Sixth, transformational leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on performance through the innovation of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency. At the same time, know the role of business model innovation in relation to the performance of the IKM business. The research analyzed data from 105 IKM Rendang in West Sumatra and found that despite being in a state of stagnation or inertia, these businesses can still generate profits.
