The unity of governance of village community institutions and customary institutions, as well as the unity of economic and environmental governance. This breakthrough makes the village the spearhead of development that has autonomy to prosper its people with the enactment of village autonomy. Villages can organize government independently based on, by and for the people. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of competence, performance and community participation on the performance of village apparatus and whether organizational commitment can mediate competence and accountability to performance in Serang Baru District, Bekasi Regency. This research method is quantitative by distributing questionnaires and the results are processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study are that competence and accountability respectively have a significant effect on performance. 摘要
村社赋权旨在使村庄能够作为村庄治理单位开展联合行动。村社机构和习俗机构治理的统一,以及经济和环境治理的统一。这一突破使村庄成为发展的先锋,在颁布村民自治后,村庄拥有繁荣人民的自主权。村庄可以基于人民、由人民和为人民独立组织政府。本研究的目的是确定能力、绩效和社区参与对乡村机构绩效的影响,以及组织承诺是否能对勿加泗县 Serang Baru 区的能力和责任绩效起到中介作用。本研究采用定量研究方法,发放调查问卷,并使用 SmartPLS 3.0 对结果进行处理。研究结果表明,能力和责任分别对绩效有显著影响。组织承诺能够在能力对绩效的影响和问责对绩效的影响之间起到中介作用。
