The purpose of this research is to optimize the utilization and efficiency of the machine, increase productivity and balance the line. Improvements are made by following the ECRS (Eliminating, Combining, Rearranging, and Simplify) based line balancing concept. From the improvements that have been made to the granulation process, it was found that the time of the wet mixing process, wet sieving, drying, and dry sieving had decreased. Cycle time decreased, output increase, the total granulation process time “Product F” decreased. Line efficiency increased, balance delay decreased and smoothness index decreased. This shows that the granulation line is getting more balanced","PeriodicalId":357147,"journal":{"name":"Dinasti International Journal of Education Management And Social Science","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133615768","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This case is to determine the effect of interpersonal communication between the medical team and patients on the level of patient satisfaction. The correlation results obtained are 0.704, which means that there is a strong relationship between interpersonal communication on patient satisfaction and the results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is an influence between interpersonal communication of the medical team and patients on the satisfaction of patients with Covid 19.","PeriodicalId":357147,"journal":{"name":"Dinasti International Journal of Education Management And Social Science","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131852330","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is important to note because when the ship will carry out the loading process, the load temperature must be in accordance with the boiling point. High temperatures on ammonia loads can increase the pressure in the tank so that it exceeds the specified pressure limits and ammonia loads that have high temperatures need to be reliquefaction. In addition, the compressor compressor suction pressure that does not work in accordance with what is expected to affect the reliability process. This resulted in the reliquefaction process being longer than usual. The long reliquefaction process results in more fuel being used so that it costs a lot. Therefore the writer makes a thesis related to the problems experienced by the ship owned by PT Humpuss Transportasi Kimia aims to find out how much influence the compressor compressor suction pressure and tank pressure on the process of reliquefaction on the LPG / C Griya Borneo ship, the place where the authors practice.","PeriodicalId":357147,"journal":{"name":"Dinasti International Journal of Education Management And Social Science","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114449808","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are still many schools that have learning targets that emphasize the value of achievement rather than character building. As the result, it can be found the phenomenon of students who are not enthusiastic to maintain interest, do not have the resilience to overcome obstacles and challenges, and have a need for achievement with an unyielding mentality. The purpose of this study is to examine the theoretical model of the effect of school well-being on grit with a growth mindset as a mediator. Three hundred and thirteen school-age students were surveyed. The research instrument used in this study is a questionnaire based on a Likert scale model and being tested through several stages to obtain valid and reliable instrument. The finding suggests that theoretical model fits with the empirical data. However, contrary to expectations, results from SEM analyses indicates that growth mindset has no positive and significant effect in mediating influence of school well-being on grit of students from 10 Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools in four sub-districts of Bekasi Regency. Rather, results show two direct effects; that growth mindset and grit go hand in hand and that school well-being supportd growth mindset. Gender differences are observed in growth mindset and school well-being. Theoretical and practical implications for parents and teachers are also discussed.","PeriodicalId":357147,"journal":{"name":"Dinasti International Journal of Education Management And Social Science","volume":"80 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123953586","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
