It was conducted in the Midwest region of Brazil, between January 2022 and June 2023, in four phases: development and validation of the internal content of the application; programming software; validation of the application's usability by 11 experts and 33 nursing students, using the System Usability Scale.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The app includes a game with technical terms, player rankings and an online pocket guide. Usability was validated by 11 experts and 33 nursing students using the System Usability Scale. The average scores were 92.5 and 87.5 respectively, classifying the technology as \"best imaginable\", with high acceptance, integrated functionality and intuitive navigation.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The TESE application demonstrated good usability and high user acceptance, proving to be an important strategy for enhancing the teaching-learning process for nursing students in Fundamental Nursing. Data were collected through remote semi-structured interviews and analyzed using the Collective Subject Discourse technique.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Nurses understand Responsible Safe Discharge as essential to ensuring continuity of care, emphasizing the shared responsibility among hospital, family, and primary care. They highlighted weaknesses in communication between services and the need for an integrated electronic health record, standardized discharge processes, and caregiver training. The participants were self-declared black health professionals. A semi-structured questionnaire was used, based on a previous review of the health of the black population. The material from the focus group was subjected to Bardin's content analysis and similarity analysis to categorize the themes of the guide into the concept of health, racism, the most common diseases, social determinants, and historical and political dimensions.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The importance of an innovative educational guide to contribute to the care of the black population aimed at preventing racism was highlighted. The temporal evolution of congenital syphilis was analyzed using crude incidence calculation and the standardized mean incidence rate. Statistical techniques such as Joinpoint and Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average were used for time-series analysis and case projections.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Over the 22-year period, 302,759 cases of congenital syphilis were reported in Brazil, 51.1% of which occurred between 2017 and 2022. The incidence rate rose from 1.3 in 2001 to 10.3 cases per 1,000 live births in 2022. The temporal analysis showed that four of the five regions showed an increasing trend during the study period. By 2030, projections indicate growth in rates in Brazil (8.3%) and in the following regions: South (11.2%), Southeast (10.5%), North (9.2%), Central-West (8.0%), and Northeast (6.8%).</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>An increase in incidence rates was observed in Brazil and its regions. It was carried out in November 2024 on the LILACS (VHL), PubMed (NLM/NCBI), Web of Science, CINAHL (Ebsco), EMBASE (Elsevier) and IEEE Xplore databases. Articles related to Primary Health Care, technological innovations and disaster management were included and organized in Rayyan®. Data were analyzed using Bardin's Content Analysis structured into thematic categories.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Out of 832 publications, 58 studies (predominantly from the Americas, 2021-2023) were selected. The analysis highlighted telehealth, artificial intelligence, and smart tools as strategic innovations in Primary Health Care for disaster management. These technologies facilitated care continuity for both disaster-specific needs and other health issues, significantly enhancing accessibility and reducing risk. Nevertheless, persistent challenges include digital inclusion, infrastructure limitations, and balancing technology with human-centered care.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Technological innovations are strategic tools in the continuity of care and to mitigate risks in disasters. Data collection took place between June and August 2024. The attributes of Primary Health Care were assessed through home interviews, using a validated instrument that covers the dimensions of access, longitudinality, and coordination. Descriptive analyzes and multivariate regression were performed to identify sociodemographic factors associated with the quality of services.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The perception of the evaluated attributes was predominantly positive. In the multivariate analysis, male sex and lack of occupation were associated with a lower positive perception of access, while the yellow race showed a positive association. Older adults of brown race (p=0.043), retirees (p=0.022), and those with monthly consultations (p<0.001) showed a higher positive evaluation of longitudinality. Coordination was positively associated with monthly consultations (p<0.001), brown race (p=0.044), and good adherence to medication treatment (p<0.001).</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The findings indicate a favorable evaluation by older adults regarding the attributes of Primary Health Care. Socioeconomic factors and frequency of service use were found to influence the perception of quality. The interviews were subjected to content analysis, as proposed by Bardin, with the support of the Qualitative Data Analysis Miner® software.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>five categories emerged from the data analysis: Fulfillment of professional ethical duty; Sensitivity to perceive what is not said; Enabling citizens to take protagonism in their own lives; Happiness in contributing to justice and society; and Personal and professional development.</p><p><strong>Final considerations: </strong>the social representations of forensic nurses reveal a practice anchored in ethical, humanitarian, and social justice values, strengthening professional identity and a sense of mission. Sensitivity is highlighted as a core competency, guiding humanized care and the interpretation of nonverbal signs of suffering. Six databases and two grey literature repositories were searched. Data collection was conducted in pairs and independently. The analysis employed a deductive approach, with indicators categorized into the dimensions of structure, process (clinical-care and organizational process), and outcome, as well as into subdimensions, according to Donabedian's framework.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>A total of 37 studies were included, mostly cross-sectional, focusing on women of reproductive age. Process-related indicators were the most frequent, particularly those linked to the clinical-care component. In the structure dimension, the availability and provision of contraceptive methods stood out. In the outcome dimension, contraceptive method use was the most frequently assessed aspect.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>There is a need for more specific indicators to evaluate the content of information provided, user satisfaction, and contraceptive discontinuation rates. Original articles, literature reviews, care protocols, and expert opinions were included. Descriptive statistics and thematic analyses were used.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Twenty-eight studies were included, of which 13 focused on pelvic floor muscle training exercises and 15 on pelvic joint mobility exercises, covering resistance and strength, aerobic, aquatic and flexibility modalities. The findings were inconsistent across studies, but they suggested benefits such as a higher rate of vaginal births, bladder incontinence prevention, pelvic floor strengthening, and reduced labor duration.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Pelvic joint and muscle mobility exercises are safe methods that can help during pregnancy and childbirth. It was conducted in July 2024 in a room at the State University of Pará. Thirteen mothers of children with the disorder participated. The data were subjected to French Discourse Analysis.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>the process of caring for a neuroatypical child begins with maternal perception of the first signs of atypicality, triggering a lonely and painful search for explanations. The difficulties faced involve the lack of preparation of health professionals, the high cost and slowness of diagnosis, as well as feelings such as guilt, denial and despair. However, over time, mothers develop internal strategies (patience, love, faith, resilience and knowledge) and external strategies (support network, therapies, medications) that strengthen the exercise of motherhood.</p><p><strong>Final considerations: </strong>the impacts of the disorder result in the redefinition of the mothering process.
