Abstract

Objective: to develop an educational technology to promote patient participation in the safe administration of antineoplastic chemotherapy drugs.

Method: applied methodological study conducted between 2021 and 2023, in three hospitals in a city in the interior of São Paulo, developed in five stages: integrative literature review; approach to the reality of the healthcare production environment; development of educational technology; evidence of face and content validity by judges; analysis of semantic agreement of the educational technology.
