It was carried out in two stages: 1. A focus group with 18 nursing professionals working at an Oncology Reference Unit in Amazonas, aimed at gathering experiences in caring for the indigenous population with cancer; 2. Development of the guide, based on Madeleine Leininger's Theory of Culture Care Diversity and Universality. Data were processed and analyzed using Descending Hierarchical Classification.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The content obtained from the focus group resulted in four thematic dimensions: educational, policy, care/assistance, and multidisciplinarity. Data collection took place between August 2022 and September 2023 using a sociodemographic questionnaire and the Brazilian version of the scale. To characterize the sample, measures of central tendency and dispersion were used. Regarding the psychometric properties of the instrument, validity evidence methods based on the internal structure were adopted, using confirmatory factor analysis and reliability, through test-retest and internal consistency.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The confirmatory factor analysis revealed a model that was adequately fit to the dimensional structure. The domains showed factor loadings ranging from 0.31 to 0.73 for leadership, 0.345 to 0.83 for justification, 0.12 to 0.69 for organizational culture and practice, 0.37 to 0.84 for contextual cues, and 0.52 to 0.80 for judgment. The target population of the instrument was primary health care nurses in the capital of Piauí, Brazil. Data collection was carried out online from August 2021 to May 2022.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Semantic validation was performed by 20 nurses and the agreement score obtained through the Content Validity Index (CVI) was adequate, above 0.8. In the exploratory factor analysis, all indicators were within adequate and satisfactory limits, without any cross-loading or Heywood Case issues. Reliability indices also reached adequate levels (α = 0.89; ω = 0.89; and ORION ranging from 0.855 to 0.886 between domains). Reliability analysis was carried out using the content validity index and Gwet´s First-order Agreement Coefficient.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The content contributes to critical reflection, decision-making, and the development of a care plan for suicide prevention among institutionalized elderly individuals. Twelve Brazilian specialists, primarily from the Southeast, with doctoral degrees and nursing backgrounds, participated in the validation. All items in the script achieved high agreement (> 0.80) and reliability, ranging from satisfactory to good (0.743) in the general group and excellent (0.969) in the grouped analysis.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The script demonstrated high agreement and reliability for training healthcare professionals and students. Data were collected through a characterization questionnaire, the Self-Reporting Questionnaire, and the Brazilian Loneliness Scale, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression tests.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Most participants reported using social media and experiencing dissatisfaction with life and physical appearance while accessing these platforms. Suicidal ideation was associated with watching horror or drama series, using dating apps, and dissatisfaction with life when accessing social networks. Behaviors and attitudes related to social media and streaming services were linked to common mental disorders, loneliness, dissatisfaction with life and physical appearance while using social media, and anxiety when disconnecting from them.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The use of social media and streaming services was associated with unfavorable mental health outcomes, dissatisfaction with life and physical appearance when accessing these platforms, and the type of series and apps used. Thirteen judges and seven elderly people participated, from September to December 2023. The judges validated the content using Google Forms® and the elderly people validated at the Collection and Transfusion Unit in a city in the interior of Mato Grosso, Brazil, with data analysis performed using the Content Validity Index.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Video lasting six minutes and 19 seconds, composed of 11 scenes. It included information about therapeutic bloodletting and nursing care before, during and after the procedure. A total of 17 high-risk pregnant women participated, each receiving biweekly visits from nurses for a total of six to 10 visits throughout the prenatal period and into the first month postpartum. Evidence sources included audio recordings and field notes of the visits. The analysis was guided by Joyce Travelbee's theory which defines five phases for an interpersonal relationship, including original encounter, emerging identities, empathy, sympathy and rapport, necessary to achieve therapeutic interaction in care.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The development of the one-to-one relationship allowed nurses to understand the individual needs of the pregnant women. Based on an understanding of each woman's uniqueness and determining factors, the nurse developed a personalized care plan in collaboration with the patient. The setting was a second-level hospital. A total of thirty-two participants were included. The social actors included were general nurses, specialists, and service managers. Data collection was carried out using interviews and non-participant observation techniques, conducted in September-October 2021. Data analysis was performed in three stages: epoché, description, and horizontalization. The chromatic technique was used for analysis.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The main findings converge into three categories: workload, as it affects the quality of care; absenteeism, which increases handover time; and interpersonal relationships, which influence the handover process.
