Data were collected from records of the occupational health and psychology services, the human resources department, the institution's strategic operational management software, as well as from semi-structured interviews, which were subjected to Thematic Content Analysis.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>twenty-three psychosocial incidents with repercussions for workers were identified. Two categories emerged from the interviews: Worker support; focusing on the challenges and strategies for its effective implementation, and Participatory management, aimed at building environments that promote worker's involvement and shared responsibility.</p><p><strong>Final considerations: </strong>the main factors that interfere with the effective support to healthcare workers following incidents involving psychosocial risks. Data collection was carried out through interviews using a semi-structured questionnaire. Poisson regression was used for data analysis.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Fruit consumption was significantly higher among pregnant women aged over 35 years (PR: 1.29; 95% CI: 1.03-1.63) and those with higher education (PR: 1.66; 95% CI: 1.11-2.50). Vegetable consumption was significantly higher among those with higher education (PR: 1.47; 95% CI: 1.00-2.15) and without government assistance (PR: 1.39; 95% CI: 1.08-1.77). Physical activity was more prevalent among women with an income greater than three minimum wages (PR: 2.38; 95% CI: 1.36-4.16). Furthermore, women with higher income had a lower prevalence of alcohol consumption (PR: 0.25; 95% CI: 0.07-0.85).</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Unfavorable socioeconomic conditions are associated with risk behaviors among pregnant women with gestational diabetes, particularly alcohol consumption. Data were collected through 55 individual interviews between June and September 2023. The collected material was systematized using ATLAS-ti® 23 software. The theoretical-methodological framework of Pecheutian Discourse Analysis was used for the corpus analysis.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The main aspects hindering the quality of records are related to factors inherent to professionals and services: improper completion of forms, insufficient information in medical records, the large number of reports, and difficulties with the electronic record system. Another set of hindering aspects is associated with users, such as: failure to attend health services, treatment abandonment, and lack of recognition of the disease.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>It was found that managers recognize the difficulties regarding the quality of records, but do not demonstrate proactivity in addressing them. As for the Content Validity Index, the mean values were 0.95 in the first round and 0.93 in the second round. After adjustments recommended by the expert judges and the reallocation of 2 indicators between the process and outcome dimensions, the matrix comprised 16 items, distributed as follows: structure (n=7), process (n=3), and outcome (n=6).</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The matrix was conceptually validated to measure the quality of care for older adults in Emergency Care Units and to capture specific aspects across the three dimensions addressed. Was conducted from November 2023 to April 2024 with 42 students from a public university in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Four sessions of auriculotherapy and Baduanjin Qigong focused on insomnia and quality of life. Pre- and post-treatment assessments were performed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-Bref instruments. Satisfaction with the intervention was assessed. Descriptive and bivariate analyses were performed.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The final mean of the evaluated scores were 5.66±2.80 in insomnia, 68.45±19.17 in the perception of quality of life, 60.11±20.70 in satisfaction with health, 66.49±13.26 in the physical domain and 54.36±10.20 in the psychological domain. The data collection took place at the Cultural Memory Service of the São Pedro Psychiatric Hospital, a location dedicated to preserving materials about the institution's history and included interviews with seven nurses and one male nurse who worked at the institution. Concepts from Michel Foucault were used in the analysis.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The São Pedro Psychiatric Hospital was a space of exclusion, where patients were dehumanized and neglected. Of the 17 participants, nine were patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and eight were healthcare professionals. Data collection took place through individual semi-structured interviews between January and May 2023, subjected to thematic content analysis.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>two main categories emerged: stages of motivation for behavior change from the perspective of users and professionals; care practices; and challenges in identifying these stages. Users presented different stages of motivation, depending on the habit analyzed, with no record of pre-contemplation. Professionals, however, reported difficulties in recognizing the stages, adopting generalized approaches.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>identifying the stages of motivation is essential to support personalized interventions in Primary Care. Qualified listening, consideration of psychosocial factors, and adapting health education to individual readiness can promote self-care. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and subjected to Reflective Thematic Analysis, supported by Atlas.ti® software and grounded in the conceptual framework of Healthy Work Environment.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The analysis identified five thematic axes: work environment and its conditions, which includes overload, inadequate infrastructure, and risks; dynamics of interpersonal relationships, covering leadership, conflicts, and communication; motivation and job satisfaction, encompassing recognition, purpose, and autonomy; worker health and well-being, which highlighted the absence of institutional policies and insufficient training regarding needs; and perception and experience of a healthy environment, including physical structure, organizational bonding, and psychosocial factors.</p><p><strong>Final considerations: </strong>For a healthy environment, primary care nurses need organizational support and professional recognition. Although autonomy is limited by barriers, factors such as team collaboration and recognition mitigate the effects of work overload and poor infrastructure.
