The Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire - Brazilian Version was applied from April to May 2023. Descriptive and analytical statistics were used to analyze the data.Results: the mean of the nurse's total moral sensitivity score was 3.49 (SD=0.36). The lowest score levels of moral sensitivity were related to the constructs \"modified autonomy\" (2.48; SD=1.08) and \"meaning of the moral structure\" (3.46; SD=0.66), while the highest levels were associated with the constructs \"respect for patient autonomy\" (3.90; SD=0.85) and \"experiencing moral conflict\" (3.59; SD=1.02). Four instruments were used: the characterization questionnaire, the Educational Practices Questionnaire, the Student Satisfaction and Self-Confidence in Learning and the Debriefing Experience Scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics.Results: The majority of participants were female (90.0%). Of the total, 50.8% had previous exposure to postvention and 71.2% had no exposure to simulation-based teaching. In terms of educational practices, the highest means for agreement (9.39±1.00) and importance (9.60±0.82) were found in the high expectations factor. Participants reported feeling satisfied and confident in their learning, with an emphasis on the satisfaction dimension (mean score: 24.23±1.81). Regarding debriefing, the highest means were observed in the appropriate guidance factor (mean score: 14.05±2.02). Covidence Systematic Review was used to select the studies. The data obtained is described according to the modified PRISMA-ScR. The analysis and discussion were based on the Afaf Meleis Theory.Results: 1.220 studies were identified and, after selection, nine publications were used for analysis. The studies found indicated that transitional care supported the caregiver of older people with functional dependence through health education, involvement in decision-making, emotional support, telemonitoring and home visits after discharge. It was conducted through semi-structured interviews with 39 patients with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Arapiraca/AL, from August to September 2023. The interviews were transcribed, textualized and transcreated, based on the methodological framework.Results: Participants presented risk practices for foot complications due to inadequate footwear, foot warmers, use of instruments on the feet, inadequate nail trimming and walking barefoot. Nursing, from Dorothea Orem's perspective, is essential for user self-care because it provides guidance that prevents or mitigates risk practices for foot complications.Conclusion: Lack of adherence to self-care practices has a multifactorial etiology and results in a risk of foot injuries. Implementation took place in two phases: preparation and implementation and change. Data was collected by observing the practice of nursing professionals. The implementation process was evaluated by measuring adoption and aspects of fidelity, using descriptive analysis of the level of adherence to the evidence in the continuous improvement cycles and the reach of the target audience. The adoption of the Thirst Management Model at pre- and post-implementation times was compared using Chi-square.Results: In the pre-implementation period, 236 events in the care provided by nursing professionals related to thirst management were observed, and 198 in the post-implementation period. Adoption of the evidence went from 28.2% pre-implementation to 78.4% post-implementation (p<0.001). The level of adherence exceeded the 70% target in one of the three cycles: 61.1%, 66.6%, 84.0%. Data collection was carried out by the application of a semi-structured instrument and electronically, from September to November of 2023. The data analysis technique was thematic.Results: Midwives realize that their performance contributes to the rescue of physiological birth. The work of midwives in households was replaced by a non-collaborative and often interventionist model. Administrative demands, the staffing framework, and the relationships between professionals appear as factors that hinder the insertion of nurses in childbirth care.Final considerations: The legislation does not guarantee autonomy to provide birth assistance. A structured questionnaire on childbirth care was applied to the puerperal women, gathering clinical data and the pregnant woman's booklet. Descriptive statistical analysis of the data was performed, and Fisher's exact test, Pearson's Chi-square test and Mann Whitney test were used to verify associations. The results considered significance level at 5%.Results: 213 puerperal women participated in the research. Effective best practices included the presence of a companion (94.4%) and the administration of oxytocin after the expulsion period (92.5%). Information about the partogram was obtained from 180 (84.5%) medical records. Among these, the prevalence of births that were monitored with the professionals' entries in the partogram was 36.6%. Volunteers will be randomly assigned to three groups to receive eight sessions of auricular acupuncture or follow-up. The primary outcome will be the compassion fatigue score, and the secondary outcome will be compassion satisfaction, measured by the Brazilian version of the Professional Quality of Life scale, and the depression, anxiety, and stress scores, measured by the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress scale, Brazilian version.Expected results: The results may strengthen the validity of auricular acupuncture to mitigate compassion fatigue, enabling its incorporation as a mental health care strategy for the nursing team in the workplace.Final considerations: This protocol aims to test the efficacy of auricular acupuncture for compassion fatigue in hospital nursing professionals. In addition, it may contribute to the management of these professionals' quality of life and support future research on the application of this therapy by nurses. The patient data were extrected from electronic medical records. After processing, univariable and multivariable analysis was conducted using Poisson regression with robust variance.Results: 249 patients were analyzed, 43 (17.4%) had hemorrhagic transformation, hospitalization time was 8 (5-12.5) days and 25 (10%) died. The predictors of hemorrhagic transformation were: increased age, pre-thrombolysis National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score and use of oxygen therapy via nasal goggles and Hudson mask. Data was produced during an extension course, recording and transcribing the discussions that took place in five meetings on the topic. Thematic analysis led to four themes: The concept of Health Promotion: reframing meanings; Contradictions between HP teaching and nursing practices in the service; Teaching Health Promotion in graduation; Perception of participants regarding their own transformation.Results: At first, health promotion was understood as synonymous with prevention and specific health actions.
