Data collection was carried out through interviews and medical record analysis. The Medical Outcomes Study social support scale and the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire were used. Statistical analysis was performed using Spearman's correlation test.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>There was a positive correlation between all types of social support and the emotional and social functions of quality of life. Emotional/information, affective, and positive social interaction supports were positively correlated with global health status and negatively correlated with appetite loss.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Higher social support scores were correlated with a better quality of life among the women with cancer assessed. The data were collected in the months of September and October 2020, through semi-structured interviews and submitted to inductive thematic analysis.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The following thematic units were developed: \"Use of the Child Health Handbook in Primary Care: the role of nursing\", which revealed nurses as the professionals who most frequently observe and fill out the records in the handbook and guide mothers; and \"Obstacles to the use of the Child Health Handbook in Primary Care\", which highlighted the weaknesses in academic training and the unavailability of the handbook as obstacles to its use.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Nurses play a central role in monitoring child development using the Child Health Handbook in Primary Care. It was conducted in two phases: 1) development of the protocol based on a literature review, NANDA-I and NIC; 2) content validation through evaluation of the protocol by experts in a focus group.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Five experts participated in the validation of the protocol. The analysis occurred over six days in November 2023. The items evaluated were: 1) Education about urinary incontinence; 2) Assessment of behavior using the voiding diary; 3) Identification of urinary loss using the pad test; 4) Proprioception; 5) Assessment of pelvic floor muscle strength; 6) Perineal exercises. Data analysis followed three stages: pre-analysis, material exploration, and data treatment and interpretation, using thematic content analysis by frequency. Out of the six items, four received total agreement.</p><p><strong>Final considerations: </strong>The protocol is applicable by nurses. The search was conducted in the following databases: Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature; Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences; Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online; SCOPUS; Web of Science; Science Direct; Educational Resources Information Center; Embase; Google Scholar.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Twenty studies were selected, none of them Brazilian. The scientific evidence was organized into four thematic axes: promotion, prevention, assistance, and health education. There was a shortcoming as the role of nurses in schools was not well understood, with routines and regulations that vary according to the sociocultural aspects of each territory. The sample included 129 participants hospitalized between March 2020 and June 2021 who responded to the Patient Measure of Safety instrument. Descriptive statistics and correlation tests were used to analyze sociodemographic factors, comorbidities, and symptomatology related to the total score and each domain of the instrument.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>the majority of participants were male (50.8%), aged 56 years or younger (51.9%), and white (43.8%). The overall mean score of Patient Measure of Safety was 3.8±0,4, with variations between 3.0±0,4, in the \"equipment\" domain, to 4.1±0,5, in the \"communication and teamwork\" domain. There were no statistically significant differences among sociodemographic variables and comorbidities regarding safety perception. It was conducted from September 2022 to April 2023, through participant observation at a public health institution in São Paulo and interviews with six family caregivers. The analysis was performed using Genogram and Ecomap, following the Calgary Model, with the support of software for data organization.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The data were categorized into structural, developmental, and functional family assessments. They revealed the strengthening of family relationships with strong bonds, an increased level of burden on the caregiver as cancer progressed, neglect of self-care, and financial difficulties. Due to the burden, caregivers struggled to outline the composition of their support network, but the employed model enabled the identification of its elements, with faith being mentioned by all.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The diagnosis and progression of cancer led to changes in family structure, development, and functionality which need to be individually assessed to improve care planning. Data obtained from interviews in thematic oral history allowed the construction of narratives, genograms and ecomaps, which were subjected to deductive thematic analysis procedures.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The study highlighted relationships that promote and threaten family hope. Conflicting relationships, insecurity, indifference to the situation and unavailability to build bonds threatened hope. Reciprocity, attachment, relationship with God, self-confidence and protection of the newborn were constituent elements of relationships that promote hope during pregnancy and neonatal care.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Family hope was constructed and given new meaning in intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships. Despite the uncertainties experienced by families, hope was strengthened in the relationship with oneself, with family members, professionals and with the transcendent, generating intimidation and a feeling of belonging. Furthermore, an integrative review was carried out simultaneously, with a view to supporting the analysis of the concept.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The sample consisted of 55 studies included in the integrative review. 3 essential attributes, 38 antecedents and 6 effects were identified. The most prevalent antecedents were: perineal laceration, depression, and breastfeeding.
