To assess reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The translated and adapted version of the Creighton Interprofessional Collaborative Evaluation was modified according to the experts' suggestions. Validity and reliability evidence were measured using the Content Validity Index and Cronbach's Alpha, respectively.
