This paper mainly studies the new application scenarios of urban intelligent transportation vehicle-road collaboration. With edge-cloud collaboration technology as the core, the container cloud technology is used to construct the system, which supports edge intelligent analysis, cloud big data fusion and multi-level deployment of system design theory, implementation methods and related collaborative technologies. Since the compiling process is complex and error prone, there may be some errors in the implementation. Equivalence checking proves the target program be a correct translation of the compiled source program. In this paper, we propose an equivalence checking tool for verification of the source and target programs; Finite State Machines with Datapath (FSMD) is used to model the original and the transformed programs. The tool is based on a deep state sequence (DSS) strategy proposed in our previews work. The false computation problem of value propagation (VP) based method can be solved by our tool. With the addition of a new generation of process design, the research of BTI has become the most critical mechanism. This paper mainly discusses the important breakthrough obtained by establishing aging model and standard logic unit after accurate estimation and comprehensive analysis. A typical example in this paper is using LTSPICE software to simulate and design in 32 nm CMOS process. Through the simulation results, it can be concluded that the transmission delay of Schmitt flip-flops which is input buffer in this design is significantly improved. Although affected by BTI aging, the transmission delay of 11 cascaded CMOS inverters is increased by about 30% and the delay is reduced by above half compared to before. Based on the principle of distributed control and the working principle of dual CPU, it could realize distributed control trackside signal of the interlock-zone and stations and safe drive signal. And, it uses the high frequency and high voltage characteristics of power electronic devices to realize the miniaturization and full-electronic control of the signal control system. At the same time, the control unit solves the problems of current surge when the relay is started, complex control circuit and high maintenance cost. Experiments show that the unit runs stably and has strong practicability. To improve the utilization rate and deployment rationality of barrier-free service resources and enhance the capability of guaranteeing barrier-free service in civil aviation airport, we need to provide decision support for the deployment of barrier-free service resources in the terminal building. This paper uses a clustering algorithm to obtain the cluster centers of passenger's demands, calculates the deployment range of resources in the cluster centers by using the geometric center method, combines passengers’ intentions to explore the types of service resources, targets the usage frequency of each resource and the available number of people that can be served at a time, so as to generate optimized suggestions for the deployment of resources. Yet, evaluation of failure probability via direct sampling from a given system can be computationally expensive and sometimes impossible. Although the construction of a response surface/surrogate could reduce such computational cost, reliance on its sampling alone may still yield an erroneous estimate of the failure probability. In this paper, we employ generalized polynomial chaos and develop an adaptive method whose surrogate model evolves with the additional data sampled from the underlying system as the iteration proceeds. It is more flexible by not requiring an accurate surrogate model in priori. At first, we analyze the difficulties of reading comprehension of Chinese legal documents. Data imbalance exists seriously among span extraction query, yes/no query and unanswerable query, that is span extraction queries account for more than 80%. The reading comprehension of Chinese legal documents is a typical long text reading problem. Then we propose a framework for reading and understanding Chinese legal documents. Based on the Bert pre-training model, the framework performs fine-tine for Chinese legal documents, adopts a variety of deep learning models, and uses data enhancement and ensemble strategy to solve reading comprehension of Chinese legal documents. Edge computing center began to accelerate its distributed trading business based on FPGA technology, especially in the field of securities. Shanghai stock market uses efficient FIX Adapted for Streaming (FAST) protocol to transmit the market data. FAST protocol has high compression ratio and complex decoding process. Aiming at efficient FAST protocol decoding, we propose a new general FPGA logic design framework, which implements a low complexity parallel FAST field matching state machine and a low latency stock code mapping mechanism. In this paper, Vivado HLS is used to design and generate the relevant codes. Test results show that the clock frequency after place and routing can reach 250MHz under Xilinx VU37P FPGA. For the 10-level and 50-order message of FAST decoding, the processing delay of core parsing module is only 36ns and 56ns, FPGA subsystem delay is about 120ns.
