To overcome the fact that user behavior and environment are unknown and dynamic, this paper modeled the dynamic spectrum allocation as an optimization problem, and put forward a dynamic spectrum allocation strategy which based on adaptive deep Q-learning network (ADQN). On this basis, a new reward function is designed to drive the learning process which considering different types of user's communication needs, and a priority experience replay strategy is proposed to accelerate network training speed which based on reducing time error. A mathematical description of the method for reconstructing the signal shape from its mixture with jamming is given based on the analysis of the gated sampling algorithm in the XeThru-Novelda microcircuit. Functional diagram of a single-chip transceiver as part of the UWB pulse radar sensor and the scheme of the threshold level quantizer were developed. The result of reconstructing the pulse signal from its mixture with harmonic interference for different number of accumulated pulses is shown. Firstly, we extract sentences with high importance from the legal judgments. Secondly, the extracted sentences along with its summaries are split into different source-target element pairs that are used for training an abstractive model to summarize different elements of the judgments separately. Finally, a complete summary is generated by combining the summaries of each element. One is that all virus propagation models assume that the virus can only spread by infecting neighbor nodes. The other is that infection rate is set by a single factor, ignoring important structural information and behavior information of the network. To address these problems, we take the static structure characteristics of the network, dynamic behavior, and heterogeneity into account, and analyze the impact of the three elements on the infection rate. In the actual process of virus propagation, it is not always preferred to infect neighbor nodes. Through our research, we found that the network based on the three elements hides a propagation mechanism with wormhole effect. There is a hidden effective distance between any two nodes. When the susceptible nodes have a shorter effective distance from the source of infection, the infection rate will increase. The node with a shorter effective distance from the source of infection will be preferentially infected. The 'jumping' virus propagation with wormhole effect is presented on the whole network. The construction of a standardized general test scene library covering typical scene applications, to provide a complete closed loop for automated driving vehicle testing also becomes a necessity. Based on the traffic big data, this paper takes the intelligent vehicle road system IVIS as the background, and aims to use scene essential factors, which are indecomposable factors obtained by scene decomposition, to describe the traffic scenes data, with feature extraction algorithm notion of unsupervised learning and nonlinear dimensionality reduction as a reference. Choosing traffic cell modelling, this paper adopts the idea of essential factors as the core and raises a vectorization process of scenes data as a foundation of subsequent research of the generation algorithms. On the basis of primitive scene decomposition, two core goals are set: study the typical test scenes of IVIS High-fidelity and flexible reconstruction technology and research on the scalable and easy-to-test generation technology of IVIS extreme test scenes. First, add a CBAM module after each feature layer of the SSD. CBAM is a hybrid module that combines spatial attention and channel attention. This module strengthens the network's ability to discriminate targets and backgrounds, improves the expression of effective feature weights, and suppresses interference from irrelevant information; then, adopt the idea of FPN to construct a feature fusion module, which effectively integrates feature layers of different scales, thereby improving the network's ability to detect difficult targets. Aiming at the complex fraud problem of Internet finance, this paper proposes a fraudulent transaction detection method based on Deep Q Learning, and constructs a feasible electronic transaction fraud detection model. Based on reinforcement learning, this method makes the agent learn classification strategies, builds the environment with RFM model, and uses SmoothL1 as the loss function to improve the learning efficiency of the agent. The experiment uses a variety of evaluation metrics to verify the performance. There is a planned big event in 2022 at Chongli. A Smart Chongli has up and running. In order to run the event properly, information security protection should be taken into account. This research is to consider generalize this issue to the future, including the Smart Chongli winter event, but not only limited there. Because of many Smart Cities services are running by online devices, to protect their data, cyber security is in demand, for the Smart Cities’ quantity. As a case study, Smart Chongli is discussed, in terms of participants’ data. Analysis of these data needs to pay attention to the “Measures for the Administration of Data Security”, “GDPR” and so on. Cyber security should be taken care of, from the start to its final ending. Nevertheless, for Smart Chongli, overall development and management need to consider data security impact. A solution is suggested to fill this gap, according to MKSmart trial project Phase 2 experience. These three aspects are analyzed and refined respectively, which are used as indicators to quantify the HES and establish the evaluation framework of HES. Based on the entropy weight method improved by normalizing data collected from various countries of the world, the weight of three aspects and the scores of the health degree and sustainability of HES can be determined. Finally, after integrating results into GE matrix, a system is established to measure the health status of any country's HES. Based on the National Higher Education Evaluation System (hereinafter referred to as NHEES) established in this paper, further discussion is made to analyze and verify the effectiveness of the system. The method is that the decision tree classification algorithm based on multi-temporal spectrum and phenological characteristics can effectively integrate multi-temporal and multi-spectral information, so as to overcome the defect of single-temporal image classification, and judge dry and paddy fields, light, moderate, severe saline alkali soil, alkali lake and other ground objects. The overall classification accuracy of target features is 76%, and the Kappa coefficient is 0.82. Among them, the classification effect is better for those with heavy saline-alkali soil, light to moderate saline- alkali soil, farmland (dry and paddy fields) and lakes.
