摘要

随着科技的发展,民航机场航站楼出现了越来越多为旅客提供服务的产品。然而,由于科技设备对自然语言的理解不足,同一问题的反复咨询往往不能给乘客满意的答案,降低了服务效率和友好度。为了更好地为民航旅客提供服务,我们针对旅客在机场环境中的常见问题,模拟旅客可能的服务需求,分析需求中的关键特征数据,结合DIET的联合识别模型,实现对旅客自然语言意图的准确理解。本文利用Python工具对自然语言和意图理解进行仿真实验,验证本文实现方法的可行性。
