The study aimed to analyze the implementation of inclusive education at Bina Harapan Semarang Elementary School. The method in this study was descriptive qualitative analysis. Subjects were students, teachers, and employees/staff. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. To check the validity of the data, the researcher used data triangulation techniques. The results showed that the implementation of inclusive education at Bina Harapan Semarang Elementary School was not by the provisions. It was due to the absence of a decree on the appointment of the implementation of inclusive education so that the fulfillment of various supporting components for the implementation of inclusive education had not been fully fulfilled. And it was also found that school license was to administer the inclusive education, but in fact the curriculum used was a regular curriculum, all students in schools were dominated by children with special needs, teachers did not have special education skills, there were no common perceptions about children with special needs, teachers were still not considered sensitive and proactive yet to the special needs of children. Suggestions are needed to evaluate school licensing and implementation of school administration, human resources in teaching, acceptance of new students, and awareness of all parties to be actively involved in various activities to support the implementation of inclusive education.The implementation of inclusive education enables children with special needs to learn together with the normal students in regular schools. This type of research was a Classroom Action Research with two cycles carried out in the elementary school learning strategy course for students in semester 3 of PGSD UNIRA Malang in the first semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. The research subjects were 28 students consisting of 5 men and 23 women. The results of the data research were analyzed descriptively. There was improving skills in designing innovative learning that was seen from several indicators, including skills to formulate learning objectives, skills to apply appropriate learning media, skills to select strategies /methods/learning models, skills to describe learning steps, and skills to develop learning evaluation instruments. The results showed an increase in the number of students who had the skills to form learning goals with good and excellent criteria from 8 people in cycle 1 to 24 people in cycle 2. The number of students with the skills to employ learning media with good and excellent criteria increased from 5 people to 23 people. The number of students with the skills to choose a strategy/method/ learning model with good and excellent criteria increased from 5 people to 25 people. The number of students with the skills to describe the steps of learning with good and very good criteria grew from 8 people to 20 people. This research was conducted at Selang State Elementary School, Gunung Kidul regency, academic year 2018/2019 with a population that consists of 2 classes of odd semester fourth graders, totaling 46 students. The research type is quasi experiment, students from IV-A and IV-B classes were taken as research samples. The data collection techniques used were documentation technique; test technique, and questionnaires. Test item validity was calculated using a product moment correlation formula. Test item reliability was calculated using the KR-20 formula and the questionnaire instrument using Cronbach’s alpha. The data analysis technique used was ancova test after applying requirement analysis tests which included distribution normality test, variant homogeneity test, and correlation linearity test. The research results descriptively showed that the tendency of Science learning achievement where ‘think-pair-share’ learning model was used had an average of 22.217 (very high); and the tendency of students’ learning activeness had an average of 69.78 (very high). The tendency of Science learning achievement in which expository learning model was used had an average of 18.83 (high), and the tendency of students’ learning activeness had an average of 57.609 (medium). Comparatively there was a very significant difference in students’ Science learning achievements between Selang State Elementary School Gunung Kidul fourth graders who used ‘think-pair-share’ model and those who used expository model in terms of students’ activeness (Fcount = 0.075 with p = 0.781). Classroom action research consisted of three elements, namely research, action, class. The data in this study was a document on the improving skills for writing poetry from grade IV. The data collection technique utilized interviews, observation, and documentation. This study employed two cycles. The results showed that: (1) poetry writing skills of class IV students by the time before using the observation, imitation, and modification models did not meet the excellent standard yet. This research was conducted at Mendungan 2 State Elementary School in April-September 2018. The research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were direct observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. The data analysis steps consist of data presentation; data reduction; and verification, whereas the data validity tests include internal validity; external validity; reliability and objectivity. The research results showed that character education in elementary schools has been conducted well, that is, performed through a creative learning method which includes PAKEM learning; contextual teaching and learning (CTL); cooperative learning; and problem based learning. The model was used in thematic teaching which includes religious teaching; civics education; natural science; social science; Indonesian language; health and physical education; art culture and skills education; and dance art. The approach used in this study was a qualitative approach, in which the data obtained was objective data (by the reality in the field). The data collected in this study were taken during the learning process in class discussing subtraction material, both pre and post action given by using the number bag media. This type of research was classroom action research (classroom action research) designed for researchers and teachers, to solve problems that occurred in the classroom relating to the process and results of learning. The subject of this study were grade 1-A students at Tlogomas 2 Elementary School, Malang City, which consists of 28 students, 16 male students, and 12 female students. The results of students' abilities in a material reduction in pre-action are 25%. While the results of students' abilities after the post-action with number bag media, in the first cycle reached 67.9% and in the second cycle of 85.7%. Students still faced difficulty in developing the concept of building volume (cubes and cuboid). The form of research conducted in this study used Classroom Action Research (CAR) design developed by Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The subjects in this study were 32 students of fifth-grade students of SDN Kauman 1 Malang in 2018/2019. This research was conducted in two cycles, namely, cycle I and cycle II. Data collection techniques employed interviews, tests, and observations. The data from the research results obtained through the process of interviews, tests, and observations. In the first cycle the students’ mathematics learning outcomes increased that was based on the results of the cycle, with the average value of students at 66.72 increased to be 78.28 in the first cycle, and 92.28 in the second cycle with the percentage of completeness of 40.62% in the cycle, it changed 62.50% in the first cycle and 87.50% in the second cycle. This is a quasi experiment research with a nonequivalent control group design. The subjects of this research were fifth graders of Ngebel Kasihan State Elementary School. Ngebel Kasihan State Elementary School has two fifth grade classes, class V-A as the control group used a storytelling method, and class V-B as the experiment group used a morel reasoning method. The data collection techniques used were observation and interview. The data analysis used was t-test with a significance level of 0.05. The research results showed that there was a significant difference between nationalism character development using a moral reasoning method and a storytelling method. The characters that are intended to be established in Masehi Temanggung elementary school is the students’ character that is naturally established, in a sense that the change of the students’ behavior is due to their self-motivation based on what they do everyday; and not just merely due to the school obligation. The researchers employed qualitative approach method by observing thoroughly the students’ behavior occurred in the school setting. It is expected that the results from the direct observations will be able to portray the reality hidden in that situation. The evaluation method is used to analyze the information that is relevant to the students’ behavior at school and the next stage is classifying those data into two categories: first category is the students’ behavior that needs to be supervised and the second category is the students’ behavior that deserve the reward. In conclusion, making it as their habits can do the process of students’ character instillation. The students’ habits of good deeds are also carried out through games, for example by playing traditional games and toys (dolanan). The principal becomes the agent of change and as the main key in the development, initiator of innovation and decision making on the implementation of inclusive education until the realization of the success of the implementation practices in school. The purpose of this study is to explain the principal's view of inclusive education in Yogyakarta Elementary School. Questionnaires were distributed to 25 principals in elementary schools in five districts in Yogyakarta Special Region.
