The purpose of this study is to explain the principal's view of inclusive education in Yogyakarta Elementary School. Questionnaires were distributed to 25 principals in elementary schools in five districts in Yogyakarta Special Region. 摘要

正确的全纳教育观对全纳教育的成功实施有很大的影响,从所采用的政策、培养接受多样性文化的惯例和课堂学习的实施开始。校长成为变革的推动者、发展的关键、创新的发起者和实施全纳教育的决策者,直至全纳教育实施实践在学校取得成功。本研究的目的是解释日惹小学校长对全纳教育的看法。问卷分发给日惹特区5个区的25名小学校长。调查结果显示,大部分小学校长对全纳教育的看法比较狭隘,仍然局限于接纳有特殊需要的儿童,但大部分校长同意并持开放态度,认为有特殊需要的儿童可以定期/一般在课堂上与其他儿童一起上学和学习。
