We found out that Ukraine is significantly behind the world average values of the indicator of the annual growth rate of world retail sales. The growth of global online sales fluctuates at the level of 12-29%, and in Ukraine this figure is 3.5-5%. This indicates that Ukrainian enterprises lag behind global trends.To overcome these trends, it is necessary to use Internet marketing more actively, the main tools of which are the company's website, activity in search engines, e-mail marketing, social media market-ing, and marketing through affiliate programs.The article discusses in more detail the search engine optimization of websites, which provides for the creation of more convenient and complete sites for users, increasing the quality of customer service by communicating with them through the website and social networks, as well as responding to their feedback. When ranking sites in search engines, Google uses more than 200 indicators, and it changes the procedure for calculating the final result daily in order to protect site users from manipulation.Thus, we came to the conclusion that today only active work to use the possibilities of the digital economy will help national enterprises expand their economic opportunities. {"title":"BUSINESS STRUCTURE IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY: ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL EFFICIENCY","authors":"І. It is stated that the newest methods of attracting personnel make it possible to form a database of potential candidates, close vacancies;attract additional labor resources; reduce the fee for maintaining full-time staff, attract, if necessary, temporary labor force, form a high motivation level to achieve success and self-realization; find additional opportunities to receive a high reward. Employers do not incurlarge costs related to labor costs, as they are only paid for the work performed. It is also emphasized that the use of the latest methods of attracting personnel has its drawbacks, namely: blocking possible promotion on the career ladder of full-time employees; increase in personnel turnover, deterioration of social and psychological climate, possible conflicts arise; reduction in the permanent staff of employees, a high level of responsibility for results and deadlines, risks of not being paid for the service provided due to the low level of legal regulation of this segment of the labor market, difficulties in finding orders, lack of social protection, decrease in the remuneration level of employees.It is determined that the criteria for the effectiveness of the personnel protection can be the overall efficiency of the company’s activities, namely: quality of produced goods and services provided, labor productivity of employees, readiness of personnel for innovations, profitable activity. It is noted thatit is advisable to use such indicators as a criterion for actual recruitment of personnel: search time, hiring time, source of hiring, number of candidates for the vacancy, attrition in the first year of hiring. It was found that the determining factor in ensuring the development of the region is the available intellectual capital and innovation potential, as well as an effective organizational and economic mechanism for their activation and use in the context of digitalization of economic processes. A system-functional approach was used to conduct the study. The sys-tem approach allows a systematic approach to the consideration of organizational and economic principles in relation to the regional economic system, taking into account all the principles of systematization, according to which the system consists of certain subsystems and is a subsystem of higher order, in this case the national economy. The functional approach makes it possible to determine the functional priorities in the direction of the determinants of economic development of regions in the context of digitalization, which include intellectual and innovative determinants. According to the functional approach, or-ganizational and economic principles have a certain priority in accordance with the directions of development of regional systems. The managerial principles of activation of intellectual and innovative determinants based on various conceptual provisions concerning the type of managerial response to development impulses, management methods, ways of organizing managerial influence are considered. The components of organizational and economic support for the activation of intellec-tual and innovative determinants of regional development in terms of digitalization, which include: financial and investment,technical and technological, institutional and legal, information and logistics, material and resource components. The relevance of the issue of distinguishing the types of receivables for which it is possible to ac-crue a reserve for doubtful debts is justified, and the need to develop and implement the detailing of the relevant sub-accounts of the next order to accumulate information sufficient both for calculating the re-serve of doubtful debts and ensuring management of receivables and strengthening the control function of accountingis proved. In particular, based on the critical analysis of the current legal framework, a number of criteria for the classification of receivables were identified, according to which the reserve for doubtful debts can be calculated. It is proposed to carry out such identification using the decision-making tree developed by the authors regarding the selection (allocation) of the types of receivables for which accruel of the reserve for dubtful debts is possible. The need to allocate a section in the internal regulatory document regarding the accounting policy is emphasized, which should provide a set of grounds (conditions) that may indicate the presence of uncertainty regarding the repayment of existing receivables, as well as the criteria (grounds) for recognizing bad receivables were defined. The goal of the article is to identify the factors of ecological safety of product creation. The ecological component of the product affects the state of hu-man health and society as a whole. Designers provide foundation for environmental component of products in the design process. Designers influence all spheres of human life due to the specifics of the profession. They take into account the fac-tors of using alternative energy sources in product design. Safe materials and constructions are very important factors in ensuring human safety. Specialists from all industries should strive to achieve a high level of environmental safety of prod-ucts. They must take into account factors that ensure an adequate level of security. Design activities have a direct impact on improving the environmental situation. The life cycle assessment method is the leading tool for influencing the management of environmental processes in modern times. It is emphasized that ergonomic product requirements are essential. They pro-vide a high level of product quality. Technologies are improving very quickly at the present stage. The use of enhanced atten-tion to materials science, ergonomics, quality management in the process of training designers, taking into account the con-ditions of rapid change in technology. The economic efficiency of a business is measured by the return on investment. The usefulness of ergonomics is determined by the rate of return on investment. Specific objectives were to determine the role of ICT on the effectiveness of Inventory Control in the schools of the study towards a healthy green development. Purposive sam-pling technique was employed to sample 100 staff from Senior High Schools in the Kumasi Metropolis. The study used question-naires to gather primary data.All data collected was checked for completeness, coded and tabulated. The study revealed that, ICT influence the receipt of inventory, tracking the movements of stock within and outside the stores, inventory levels and update, buffer stock management. It appeared from the study that challenges facing Senior High Schools in Kumasi Metropolis on exe-cuting ICT on inventory control are high cost of training staff to use the system, frequent power outages making the use of the system uneasy, lot of time to learn the software, and complexity in the user interface. The study of the content of these categories was carried out in the connection with modern higher education institution, its activities and role in the sustainable develop-ment of society and the national economy. The purpose of the article is to reveal the theoretical and practical foundations of the development of organizational culture in the system of ensuring social re-sponsibility of universities. The authors proved that higher education institutions, as providers of high-quality educational services, organizers of investment-attractive scientific research, business partners, responsible employers, participants in socio-economic and socio-political processes, are capable of making a significant impact on the sustainable development of local communities, the national economy and the country in general. The organizational culture is identified as a main tool of such impact. The authors emphasized that when forming organizational culture within the social responsibility system of a higher education institution, it is necessary to take into account the potential of students as one of the most active segments of society, which will create additional opportunities for the sustainable transfor-mation of society. The article describes the organizational culture a set of values, beliefs, traditions, behaviour norms, motives and incentives common to students, academicians, researchers, administra-tive personnel of the university.
