También se considera un importante medio de motivación. Por tanto, la CNV limita las dificultades que puede encontrar un aprendiz del ELE. Comenzaremos nuestro trabajo centrándonos en la importancia y papel de la CNV en la enseñanza y aprendizaje del ELE y conociendo la relación entre cultura y comunicación en la enseñanza de una lengua extranjera (LE) y aclarando el papel de la CNV del profesor en clases de español como lengua extranjera. As for what follows, Islamic Sharia is an eternal law with which God has linked the happiness of man in his life and after his death, and from his mercy to his servants is that he made in the principles of Sharia universal rules by which it is easy for the mujtahids to know the provisions of everything that is new in life, especially that the Islamic religion is valid for every time and place. Among the virtues of the Lord of the worlds is that the Muslims were not unable to find in their Sharia for every particular part or event a new ruling that could be understood from the Book of God Almighty, or from the Sunnah (His Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family), or deduced by means of meditation from the spirit of the Sharia. It includes a ruling for each case that has appeared, or will appear in the near or distant future, which scholars from the people of jurisprudence who specialize in studying the origins of legal rulings and their universal rules will reach. Islam did not block the door of ijtihad; Because ijtihad means the release of reason, and religion is inseparable from reason, as it is the means in deducing branches from origins, and in extracting rulings that agree with the logic of Sharia and reality. The differences in the selected issues can be presented through the adoption of the book (Fiqh on the Five Schools) of Sheikh Muhammad Jawad Mughniyeh. What is the opinion of each sect on these issues? The dimensions of citizenship in its extended relationships through issues centered on the individual’s relationship with society and the state through legal frameworks that regulate rights and duties, and outline the citizen’s specifications and dimensions of citizenship according to the intellectual sources of the state and the reference of its political theories. Thus, it becomes clear that the concept of citizenship cannot be separated from human rights, his ideas were, and given the great confusion and duties towards the homeland to which he belongs, i.e. in the understanding of the meaning of citizenship that does not conflict with Sharia; Rather, it is one of the legitimate matters with many indications from the Book and the Sunnah. Experimental and control, with a pre and post test on the two groups, and the results showed  This strategy achieves positive social interaction among the students, increases the student's confidence in herself and her teammates, makes her the focus of the educational process, exposes her to knowledge, empowers herself, and thus increases the student's level of achievement in computer subject.  The Flipped Learning strategy leads to feedback from each group on performance in each question, allowing the students to master the subject of Scratch programming, thus improving their achievement. The most important recommendations of the research were: 1. Introducing the use of different e-learning strategies, including the flipped learning strategy, within the courses of computer teaching methods in the colleges of education in Iraqi universities. 2. Providing schools with the necessary and appropriate educational aids and supplies to use e-learning strategies. Es evidente que el texto determina la forma de traducción y como el texto literario tiene sus propias características diferentes de los otros textos, por ello elegimos al texto literario representado por la novela (La traducción de los culturemas de la lengua española a la lengua árabe en “Los funerales de la Mamá Grande” de Gabriel García Márquez (Métodos y estrategias)) del autor colombiano Gabriel Garcia Marquez, premiado de Nobel donde constituye dicha novela el corpus del estudio analítico representado por el capítulo segundo. Atraves de esta tesina, tratamos a tema reciente en el campo de la lingüística que es (Los culturemas) que mantienen relación directa con los aspectos culturales, y ampliamos su estudio abarcando los rasgos contextuales y su afecto a sus valores en el texto literario representado por la novela arriba mencionada y por encima saber como el traductor los transforma según los estudios teóricos recientes. Christine de Pisan est une femme virile qui ne se pose aucun masque, mais qui, au contraire, fait de sa féminité une cause à défendre. Elle accuse et tente de corriger la fragilité de la femme. Pour Louise Labé a souffert suite aux évènements malheureux qui ont tourné la roue de sa vie. Cette poétesse de la Renaissance a aussi perdu son mari grâce à une maladie. The developmental theories of scholastic learning by researchers in the field of English language teaching and learning yielded effective consequences and practices that relevant to the philosophy of assessment in the agenda of educational attainments. Here, modern theories enhanced the assessment and testing scopes in the institutional domain as a pedagogical instrument to feedback learners and modify the educational outcomes, forwardly which in turn employed to derail the traditional or classical strategy of assessment practices. The assessments process in the educational settings is believed to be considered as a dynamic tool which assisted policymakers for example to modify the old-fashioned practices in the core of educational system, scientifically. In this sense, Tutors’ and tutees’ views are important to attaining progressive evaluation of language teaching programs. The researchers in the field of ELT have constructed criteria for instance to testing a good test so as to develop and strengthen the assessment agenda as well as to explore language learners’ performance in use. It is knowledgeable that the scientific analysis of assessment practices in the educational system turned to be highly complex and gained a systematic base to assure accuracy, accountability and fairness in measurement domain, for example. In general, the process of scholastic assessment can provide both of language instructors and test-takers with plethora and myriad of information concerning the academic attainments for learning students’ purposes. The new academic approaches of pedagogical assessment and language testing domain enabled policymakers or pedagogues in diagnosing ill-achievements and understand students’ learning needs. In return, formative assessment for example aided language teachers to feedback learners positively in order to monitor the growth of students’ skills and the rate of performance achievements. As a result, all stakeholders are involved as active participants to accomplishing the educational objectives.
