The Flipped Learning strategy leads to feedback from each group on performance in each question, allowing the students to master the subject of Scratch programming, thus improving their achievement. The most important recommendations of the research were: 1. Introducing the use of different e-learning strategies, including the flipped learning strategy, within the courses of computer teaching methods in the colleges of education in Iraqi universities. 2. Providing schools with the necessary and appropriate educational aids and supplies to use e-learning strategies.
