The dimensions of citizenship in its extended relationships through issues centered on the individual’s relationship with society and the state through legal frameworks that regulate rights and duties, and outline the citizen’s specifications and dimensions of citizenship according to the intellectual sources of the state and the reference of its political theories. Thus, it becomes clear that the concept of citizenship cannot be separated from human rights, his ideas were, and given the great confusion and duties towards the homeland to which he belongs, i.e. in the understanding of the meaning of citizenship that does not conflict with Sharia; Rather, it is one of the legitimate matters with many indications from the Book and the Sunnah. Abstract
Citizenship is one of the old and renewed issues that soon impose itself when addressing any dimension of development in the comprehensive humanitarian concept in particular and reform and development projects in general.
