Proporsi ruang terbuka hijau patut diperhitungkan karena perannya sebagai pembentuk dan keseimbangan struktur daerah. Menurut UUD No. 26 Tahun 2007 secara khusus mengamanatkan perlunya penyediaan dan pemanfaatan ruang terbuka hijau dengan proporsi luasnya ditetapkan paling sedikit 30 % dari luas wilayah suatu daerah. Adapun permasalahan yang terjadi menurut Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Kubu Raya pada tahun 2019 luasan ruang terbuka hijau di Kubu Raya belum mencapai 10% dari total luas wilayah. Berdasarkan proyeksi dari tahun 2015 – 2020 Kecamatan Sungai Raya tidak bisa menunjang kebutuhan daya dukung lingkungan (oksigen) karena ketersediaan RTH Publik tidak dapat diimbangi dengan kebutuhan laju pertumbuhan penduduk, kendaraan bermotor, kebun sawit, dan permukiman. Kecenderungan menurunnya kualitas dan kuantitas Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) mengharuskan tata ulang dan penghitungan ulang terhadap luasan RTH.ABSTRACTThe role of green open space is currently less than optimal, the proportion of green open space should be taken into account because of it’s role in shaping and balancing the regional structure. According to the UUD No. 26 Tahun 2007 specifically mandates the need for the utilization of green open space, the proportion of which is set at least 30% of the total area. problems in 2019 the area of Green Open Space in Kubu Raya has not reached 10% of the total area, based on projections from 2015 – 2020 Kecamatan Sungai Raya cannot support the needs of environmental carrying capacity (oxygen) because the availability of public green open space cannot be matched with the need for population growth, motorized vehicles, oil palm plantations, and settlements. Pozzolan adalah bahan yang mengandung senyawa silika dan alumina. Untuk pemanfaatan yang optimal dilakukan analisis dan karakterisasi potensi pozzolan sebagai sumber silika. Silika bisa dimanfaatkan untuk bahan baku utama diberbagai industri, seperti industri gelas, keramik, katalis, pertanian dan untuk pengolahan limbah. Untuk mengetahui potensi pozzolan sebagai sumber silika dilakukan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitaif menggunakan XRD dan XRF. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pola difraksi sinar-X dengan measurement program PANalitycal ditemukan senyawa SiO2 yang tertinggi teramati pada posisi 2θ sebesar 20o dan 26o. Sedangkan analisis XRF dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi jumlah elemen dan oksida logam yang terkandung pada pozzolan. Hasil analisi XRF menunjukkan bahwa kadar SiO2 yang terdapat pada pozzolan adalah sejumalh 62,56%. Senyawa lain yang ditemukan pada pozzolan diantaranya Al2O3, SiO2, P2O5, K2O, CaO dan Fe2O3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pozzolan sangat berpotensi untuk dijadikan sumber silika.ABSTRACTPadang Pariaman regency has pozzolanic resources that have not been utilized optimally. Pozzolan is a material containing silica and alumina. For optimal utilization, analysis and characterization of the potential of pozzolan as a source of silica have been done. Silica can be used as a raw material in several industries, for example, glass, ceramic, catalyst industry, farm, and waste treatment. Qualitative and quantitative analyses by XRD and XRF were carried out to investigate pozzolan as a source of silica. Based on x-ray diffraction pattern with measurement of PANalitycal program was found SiO2 compound on 2θ position, 20o dan 26odegree. XRF analysis is used to get information chemical composition of pozzolan. XRF analysis found silica composition is 62,56%. Other compounds also found in pozzolans such as Al2O3, SiO2, P2O5, K2O, CaO, and Fe2O3. Diperlukan upaya untuk menyelamatkan nyawa dan pencegahan kecacatan dari korban kecelakaan lalu lintas ini, yaitu dengan penentuan rute evakuasi korban kecelakaan lalu lintas menuju UGD terdekat menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memberikan rekomendasi rute evakuasi korban kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kabupaten Sleman menuju UGD terdekat. Network Analyst–Closest Facility adalah metode yang digunakan untuk penentuan rute evakuasi korban kecelakaan dengan impedance berupa waktu, event berupa titik kejadian kecelakaan, dan stop berupa fasilitas kesehatan (UGD 24 jam). Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat 9 rute evakuasi korban kecelakaan lalu lintas dari 10 lokasi kecelakaan menuju UGD terdekat di Kabupaten Sleman dan 1 rute evakuasi menuju UGD terdekat di sekitar Kabupaten Sleman. Lokasi 1 direkomendasikan menuju ke RSUD Sleman, lokasi 2 dan lokasi 3 menuju RSKB Sinduadi, lokasi 4 menuju RS JIH, lokasi 5 menuju RS Queen Latifa, lokasi 6 menuju RS Panti Rini, lokasi 7 menuju RSPAU dr. Suradji Hardjolukito (Kabupaten Bantul), lokasi 8 menuju RSIY PDHI, lokasi 9 menuju RS Bhayangkara Polda DIY, dan lokasi 10 menuju RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping.ABSTRACTThe number of traffic accidents in the Sleman Regency area in 2018 amounted to 1,646 incidents, and in 2019 it decreased to 1,493 incidents, but the number of traffic accidents is still relatively high. Efforts are needed to save lives and prevent disability for traffic accident victims by determining the evacuation route for traffic accident victims to the nearest emergency room (ER) using a Geographic Information System. This study aims to identify and recommend evacuation routes for traffic accident victims in Sleman Regency to the nearest ER. Network Analyst–Closest Facility is a method used to determine evacuation routes for accident victims with impedance (time), event (accident point), and stop (24-hour ER). The analysis results show 9 evacuation routes for traffic accident victims from 10 accident sites to the nearest ER in Sleman Regency and 1 evacuation route to the nearest ER in Sleman Regency. Penelitian ini membuat alat bantu komunikasi antar disabilitas dengan luaran informasi jarak dan posisi sudut. Setiap alat bantu menghasilkan koordinat titik latitude longitude dari Global Positioning System (GPS). Data koordinat titik antar alat bantu saling dikirim menggunakan radio frekuensi Long Range (LoRa). Kedua koordinat titik diolah menggunakan algoritma Haversine untuk menghasilkan jarak. Sedangkan algoritma Bearing digunakan untuk menghasilkan posisi sudut dengan referensi utara dari sensor kompas. Rata-rata kesalahan jarak tanpa halangan 2,41 m, dengan halangan 4,78 m, pada Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) -107,55 dBm. Kesalahan sudut tanpa halangan 14,52⁰ , dengan halangan 24,51⁰ pada RSSI -102,1 dBm. ABSTRACTThe talkback application on android devices requires that credit or internet data be available and the use of conventional sticks cannot communicate between users with visual impairments. This study makes communication aids between disabilities with the output of distance and angle position information. Each tool generates latitude longitude coordinates from the Global Positioning System (GPS). The coordinates of the points between the tools are sent to each other using Long Range (LoRa) radio frequencies. Both point coordinates are processed using the Haversine algorithm to produce distances. While the Bearing algorithm is used to generate an angular position with a north reference from the compass sensor. The average distance error without an obstacle 2.41 m, with obstacle is 4.78 m on the Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) -107.55 dBm. Pemerintah Kota Bandung menyediakan fasilitas bus sekolah sebagai moda angkutan bagi pelajar. Mulai tahun ajaran 2017/2018 diberlakukan sistem zonasi sekolah untuk tingkat SMA Negeri dengan memprioritaskan pelajar yang memiliki jarak tempat tinggal dengan sekolah dalam radius 2 km sedangkan untuk tingkat SMK Negeri tidak memberlakukan sistem zonasi sekolah. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan identifikasi pengaruh sistem zonasi sekolah terhadap kebutuhan angkutan sekolah bagi pelajar SMA yang memberlakukan zonasi sekolah dan pelajar SMK yang tidak memberlakukan zonasi sekolah. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah studi kasus deskriptif dan crosstabs. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh sistem zonasi sekolah yang membuat kebutuhan angkutan sekolah menjadi berkurang yang dimana SMA Negeri yang memberlakukan sistem zonasi sekolah didominasi oleh pelajar SMA yang tidak membutuhkan bus sekolah sedangkan SMK Negeri yang tidak memberlakukan sistem zonasi sekolah didominasi oleh pelajar SMK yang membutuhkan bus sekolah.ABSTRACTScholl Transportation plays an important role in the urban transport system. The Bandung City Government provides school bus facilities as a mode of transportation for students. Starting from the 2017/2018 academic year, a school enrollment zoning system is implemented for high school level by prioritizing students who have a distance of residence from school within a radius of 2 km while for the State vocational high school level, the school zoning system does not apply. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the influence of the school zoning system on transportation needs for high school students who apply school zoning and vocational high school students who do not apply school zoning. Data collection in this study was obtained by observation and questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive case study and crosstabs. Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Siak di Provinsi Riau terbentang dari hulu melintasi wilayah administrasi Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, Kabupaten Kampar, bagian tengah Kota Pekanbaru sampai ke hilir Kabupaten Siak. Permasalahan klasik di DAS Siak, peningkatan beban pencemaran perairan diakibatkan oleh pertumbuhan penduduk dan industri. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisa data Pemantauan Kualitas Air (PKA) Sungai Siak tahun 2016-2020, memperoleh hasil Perhitungan Indeks Pencemar dan Beban Pencemar untuk memperoleh informasi kualitas air di DAS Siak. Hasil penelitian kualitas air lokasi PKA DAS Siak adalah tercemar ringan kelas 2 dengan parameter yang mendominasi adalah BOD, Fecal Coliform dan Total Coliform. Beban pencemar dan daya tampung beban pencemar berdasarkan indeks maksimum pada musim kemarau dan musim hujan, parameter BOD dan Total Coliform yang melampaui daya tampung BM BOD dan Total Coliform. ABSTRACTRivers are the natural sources of water that are very useful for humans for agriculture, fisheries, sources of electricity, navigation industry, drinking water. The siak watershed (DAS) in Riau Province stretches from upstream across the administrative area of Rokan Hulu regency, Kampar regency, the central part of Pekanbaru city to the downstream of Siak regency. The classic problem in the Siak watershed is an increase in the burden of water pollution which is basically caused by population, and industrial growth. The purpose of the study was to analyze the water quality monitoring (PKA) data for the siak river in 2016-2020 to obtain the results of the calculation of the pollutant index, and pollutant load so as to obtain information on water quality in the siak watershed. The result of the research is that the water quality of the Siak watershed PKA location is lightly polluted class 2 with the dominant parameters being BOD, Fecal Coliform, and Total Coliform. Proses bisnis pemasaran yang dilakukan dengan baik tentu saja akan berdampak besar pada daya saing sebuah maskapai penerbangan. Proses bisnis pemasaran pada maskapai penerbangan XYZ masih belum sepnuhnya efisien dan belum mengimplementasikan teknologi terbaru. Hal ini berdampak terhadap daya saing maskapi penerbangan XYZ dalam menarik calon pelanggan. Penelitian ini melakukan analisa dan rancang ulang proses bisnis pada divisi pemasaran maskapai penerbangan XYZ untuk memperbaiki kinerja, efisiensi, efektivitas dan kemampuan dalam beradaptasi terhadap perubahan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Business Process Redesign (BPR). Upaya restorasi mangrove perlu dilakukan untuk mendukung Peraturan Daerah pada Kabupaten Situbondo No 6 tahun 2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung luasan perubahan kawasan hutan mangrove setiap tahun dan pada tahun prediksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model terintegrasi Markov Chain danCellular Automata untuk menyimulasikan perubahan penggunaan lahan periode 2000 dan 2020 dan memprediksi penggunaan lahan mangrove periode 2030. Teknologi penginderaan jauh digunakan untuk menganalis penggunaan lahan melalui citra satelit Landsat (tahun 2000, 2010, dan 2020). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penutupan lahan mangrove mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,5% pada tahun 2000 – 2010 dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 3,5% pada tahun 2010-2020. Luasan mangrove terus mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2020 – 2030 yaitu sebesar 9,3% atau 122 Ha. Penerapan model CA-Markov dalam memprediksi penutupan lahan menunjukan nilai kstandard 0,8 yang dapat diartikan bahwa pemodelan dapat diterima secara ilmiah. ABSTRAKTaman Nasional Baluran is a conservation park that is experiencing mangrove degradation. Mangrove restoration efforts need to be carried out to support the Regional Regulation of Situbondo Regency No. 6 of 2014. This study aims to calculate the extent of changes in mangrove forest areas every year and in the predicted year. This study used an integrated Markov Chain and Cellular Automata model to simulate land use change for the period 2000 and 2020 and predict mangrove land use for the period 2030. Remote sensing technology was used to analyze land use through Landsat satellite imagery (2000, 2010, and 2020). The results showed that mangrove land cover decreased by 0.5% in 2000 – 2010 and increased by 3.5% in 2010 – 2020. Mangrove area continues to increase in 2020 – 2030, which is 9.3% or 122 Ha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui sinergi hubungan budaya dan konsep smart city di SWK Ujungberung yang memiliki tema sundapolis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SWOT, lalu disandingkan dengan konsep di luar negeri sebagai preseden dari strategi penanganan permasalahan dan persoalan yang ada. Memiliki pertumbuhan permukiman yang mempengaruhi SDM juga semakin berpotensi untuk dapat mempertahankan kawasan desa wisata budaya dan tematik sundapolis yang ada, tetapi dapat menjadikan persoalan dikarenakan dibutuhkannya RTH yang cukup untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Penerapan ''Low Traffic Neighbourhoods'' dengan membatasi volume lalu lintas motor di jalan perumahan menggunakan pada SWK Ujungberung, akan membuat jalan di mana pejalan kaki dapat menggunakan lebih banyak jalur lalu lintas.ABSTRACTSWK Ujungberung has a vision of Sundapolis development which is an effort of preserving local culture in developing an area. But now, it is a challenge to maintain the Ujungberung SWK to carry out the functions of the Sundapolis area if you look at the developments in the smart city era. The purpose of this study was to determine the synergy of cultural relations and the concept of a smart city at SWK Ujungberung which has a Sundapolis theme. This study uses the SWOT method, then juxtaposed with the concept abroad as a precedent for the strategy for dealing with existing problems and problems. Bau tersebut berasal dari limbah atau sisa pengolahan ikan yang tidak dikelola dengan baik. Salah satu gas penyebab bau tersebut adalah gas hidrogen sulfida (H2S) yang dihasilkan dari proses penguraian protein didalam limbah ikan. Limbah ikan yang dibuang begitu saja dapat menjadikan bibit penyakit bagi masyarakat yang disebabkan dari gas H2S karena terjadi proses penguraian protein didalam limbah ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kemampuan karbon aktif dari tempurung nipah dalam menjerap gas H2S yang terkandung dalam limbah ikan dalam besaran penurunan konsentrasi H2S 􁈺Δ𝐶􁈻 dan dengan variabel berupa jumlah adsorben 20, 30, dan 40 gram. Gas H2S dari limbah ikan diadsorpsi menggunakan karbon aktif dari tempurung buah nipah teraktivasi NaOH dalam suatu rangkaian alat adsorpsi dengan kolom berisi karbon aktif dan dilengkapi dengan kolom larutan penjerap gas limbah ikan yakni larutan kadmium asetat di bagian sebelum dam setelah kolom adsorpsi. Penentuan konsentrasi gas H2S yang terjerap dalam karbon aktif dilakukan dengan metode titrimetri yakni titrasi iodometri pada larutan kadmium asetat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penurunan kadar H2S pada limbah ikan dengan jumlah adsorben 20, 30, dan 40 gram masing-masing adalah 33,497 ppm (71,15%), 33,452 ppm (71,05%), dan 34,381 ppm (73,03%). ABSTRACTThe fish processing industry plays an important role in the Cilacap economy, but on the other hand this also contributes negatively to environmental air quality because it produces a disturbing odor. The smell comes from waste or fish processing residue that is not managed properly. One of the gases that causes the odor is hydrogen sulfide (H2S) gas which is produced from protein decomposition process in fish waste. Fish waste that is thrown away can cause disease for the community caused by H2S gas because there is a process of protein decomposition in fish waste. This study aims to test the ability of activated carbon from nipah shells to absorb H2S gas contained in fish waste in the parameter amount of decreasing H2S concentration (ΔC) and with variables amount of adsorbent which are 20, 30, and 40 grams. H2S gas from fish waste is adsorbed using activated carbon from NaOH activated nipah shell in a series of adsorption devices with a column containing activated carbon and equipped with a column of fish waste gas absorbing solution, namely cadmium acetate solution in the section before and after the adsorption column. Determination of the concentration of H2S gas adsorbed in activated carbon was by the titrimetric method, namely iodometric titration in cadmium acetate solution.
