To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (33) items to collect the data. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (149) university staff. The researcher used the descriptive method. After the statistical analysis of the data, results revealed that the level of perceptions of employees of Al-Aqsa University for the prevailing organizational confidence values was medium. The degree of practicing the behavior of organizational citizenship by AlAqsa University staff was also medium, whereas their level of awareness of organizational support was high. To achieve this objective , a survey checklist was used to collect the required initial data from a sample of 375 students studying at the colleges of Ibb University using the SERVPER scale . The results showed a considerable weakness in the quality of educational services ( tangible aspects , reliability , responsiveness , safety , security , and empathy ), which are provided by Ibb University , as well as their irrelevance to the interests and expectations of the students . To achieve the aim, the researchers used the descriptive analytical method, and developed a questionnaire consisting of (28) items, covering three dimensions (personal, cognitive and vocational competence). The population of the study consisted of all principals and educational supervisors working in the educational departments of the ministry of Higher Education in Gaza province in the academic year (2017-2018). The questionnaire was distributed to the randomly selected sample which consisted of (111) respondents. The results showed that the overall assessment degree given by the principals and educational supervisors about the graduates' quality competence in the colleges of education was (high) with a relative weight of (68.52%). The dimensions received these rankings: personal competence (72.34%), cognitive competence (69.63%) and vocational competence (64.34%). Moreover, results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( ) among the sample assessment degrees about graduates' quality competence according to these variables: gender; profession nature; years of service. To achieve this objective, the researchers used the descriptive method and designed a questionnaire of these dimensions: freedom of teaching, freedom of decision-making, freedom of scientific research and freedom of expression. The study was conducted on a sample of (72) faculty members. The results showed that the faculty members of the Algerian university exercised academic freedom to a moderate degree. Freedom of teaching came first, followed by freedom of scientific research and freedom of expression.
