The research method is descriptive causality using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is using non-probability sampling on employees in the guest contact department. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires to 56 respondents. The data analysis technique used is a path test with the SmartPLS 3.0 Software analysis tool. The results showed that: (1) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) work motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, (4) transformational leadership style has a negative and significant effect on work motivation, (5) work compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation and (6) work motivation does not have mediating role either transformational leadership style nor work compensation on the employees performance of Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali. Theoretically this research is providing the implications that work compensation is the main factor in improving employee performance. In this study using primary data and secondary data, primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 46 students as sample respondents. The quatitative reseach is used. Simple resression was used to analyse the data by using SPSS 22 version in model development and hypothesis testing. The method used is a description with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 80 people. LPPNPI Indonesia is a state-owned company engaged in air navigation services. Airnav was established on September 13, 2012 through Government Regulation No. 77 of 2012. The establishment of Airnav Indonesia was based on two facts about Indonesia's aviation conditions, namely, PT. Angkasa Pura I, PT. Angkasa Pura II, and the Airport Technical Implementation Unit which concurrently has the task of managing the airport land sector and flight navigation. As well as recommendations from ICAO for specialized agencies or institutions in the field of navigation to establish aviation. Then to find out the most dominant variable relationship and its influence on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian CP Sukoharjo. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting primary and secondary data through distributing questionnaires and literature data. The population in the customer research at PT Pegadaian CP Sukoharjo took a sample of 50 respondents with Convenience Sampling. Providing good service is something that is expected by every service provider and those who receive service. If a service company is not careful in attracting consumers, it can result in consumers leaving the company and moving to other companies that are considered more satisfying to their customers. In an effort to attract consumers, service companies must further improve their services both in service quality, service results and matters related to the service directly. The results of the study found that both partially and simultaneously there is a significant positive relationship and influence of optimal service quality consisting of service responsiveness, transaction speed, service presence, professionalism, and overall service satisfaction on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian CP Sukoharjo. Then it was also found that service responsiveness had the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian CP Sukoharjo. Customer/consumer satisfaction can be explained by service responsiveness, transaction speed, service presence, professionalism, and overall service satisfaction of 85.70. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the existence of organizational commitment will result in increased employee performance. The results showed that simultaneously there is a significant influence of motivation and work commitment on the performance of employees at PT. The population in this study was 50 people, while the sampling used a survey technique or saturated sample, which means that the entire population was sampled. The results of this study indicate that competence directly has a significant impact on the performance of extension workers but does not have a significant impact on organizational commitment. Furthermore, work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of the extension workers and organizational commitment, while organizational commitment has a significant impact on the performance of the extension workers. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires and processing data using SmartPLS version 3.3.3. The concept of Branch Service Quality (BSQ) is used by Bank BCA to assess employee performance based on respondents' perceptions which is done independently. This is done by the bank as an effort to maintain the quality of service which is currently good, where this is done by evaluating employee performance based on customer perceptions. The number of respondents in this study were 42 employees of Bank BCA KCU Kedoya Permai. This research is quantitative by using analytical methods with the SPSS program. To obtain data used data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. As for the data validation techniques include credibility tests (extended observations, increased persistence and triangulation), transferability (external validity), reliability, and confimability. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model consisting of reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show that (1) the government's role as a regulator is not optimal even though there are regulations, but the implementation of tourism has not been well managed. (2) The government's role as a dynamicator is optimal, this is indicated by the existence of programs organized by the Tourism and Creative Economy Office of Bone Bolango Regency which are carried out routinely every year so that they have an impact on improving services for visiting tourists at every tourist attraction in Bone Bolango District. (3) The government's role as a facilitator has been optimal, this can be seen by the existence of various programs including the provision of Information Technology-based tourism marketing facilities, and (4) The government's role as a catalyst in accelerating the development of regional potential even though it has been implemented but has not been optimal.
