At the present time, the financial services sector is experiencing positive developments so that the OJK is also supporting this function by providing human resources. So that there is an increase in staff at OJK resulting in an increase in workload at the Directorate of Human Resources Management (DLSM) which has the function of managing human resources. On the other hand, OJK has not yet calculated employee workload and does not yet have a standardized method for calculating employee workload and employee needs. This study aims to analyze the current workload of employees with Full Time Equivalent (FTE) and the ideal employee needs as well as provide strategies to deal with underload, normal, and overloaded workload scale conditions in the Directorate of Human Resource Management at the Financial Services Authority. The results of the research that has been done are 12 employees in the Overload workload category, 13 employees in the Normal workload category, and 1 employee in the Underload workload category. Based on this FTE calculation, it is known that there is a shortage of 23 people. So several steps are proposed to meet the needs of employees and to equalize the workload of employees in the DLSM. Several variables from previous research that show a relationship with employee performance will be used in this study. This study uses an analysis of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model to determine how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable through the intervening variable, carried out using the Lisrel 8.8 program. The test of this research succeeded in concluding that the negative and significant effect of conflict on the performance of the employees of PT. Syntronic Indonesia. This means that the higher the conflict, the lower the employee's performance. There is a positive and significant effect of the work environment on the productivity of employee performance, meaning that the better the work environment, the higher the productivity of employee performance. For the Productivity variable, it becomes a mediator between the work environment variable and the employee performance variable. (2) PTSP management system implementation and (3) PTSP management system in the Singaraja religious court. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique in this study was to conduct interviews with several informants including the head of the service sector, several service implementers and the community as PTSP service users. The results of this study indicate that: First, the supporting factors in the implementation of PTSP are facilities and infrastructure, there are innovations in supporting the running of PTSP. Second, the implementation of the PTSP management system at the Singaraja religious court is to achieve excellent service and simple and fast service. Third, the PTSP management system at the Singaraja religious court includes performance planning for the implementation of several actions that must be carried out, namely the front office that applies 5S (smile, greet, greet, polite, courteous) and services that are friendly to persons with disabilities such as providing tracking guides. performance development by conducting excellent service training where the activity is aimed at socializing the application of a culture of excellent service at the Singaraja Religious Court. The questionnaire method was distributed using an interval scale of 1 strongly disagree to 10 strongly agree—data analysis technique using SEM PLS 4. This study uses quantitative methods with survey research. The population in this study were all KPP Pratama Karanganyar employees, namely 122 people. The research sample was the entire population of 122 people or all KPP Pratama Karanganyar employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the research and discussion results, the F test shows that self-efficacy, work-family conflict, work-life balance, and workload simultaneously influence employee performance at KPP Pratama Karanganyar. The Adjusted R Square (R2) value is 0.564 or 56.4%. The population in this study were all employees of Crystal Kuta Hotel Bali, totaling 55 people. This research is included in the category of causal research using a quantitative approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by survey using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) communication, workload, and compensation have a significant effect on the performance of Crystal Kuta Hotel Bali employees; (2) Communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Crystal Kuta Hotel Bali employees; (3) workload does not affect the performance of Crystal Kuta Hotel Bali employees; (4) Compensation has no effect on the performance of Crystal Kuta Hotel Bali employees. This type of research is explanatory research. The research population was all employees of Honda Surya Utama Perkasa Semarang Dealership as many as 123 employees. Instruments used in data collection using questionnaires with Likert scale Analysis techniques using regression models. Research findings that Self-Efficacy positively affects sustainable work commitments. Interpersonal Communication has no effect on continuous work commitment. Work Ethic positively affects the commitment to sustainable work. The implications of the findings of this study show that employees' sustainable work commitment is determined by employee self-efficacy and work ethic.
