The RNAi is a phenomenon which is used to targets mRNA and chops them up. The most appealing work of RNAi is observed in cancer inhibition by silencing genome sequences. Ultimate level of specificity can be achieved through siRNA targeted therapeutics. Short interfering RNA(siRNA) belongs to dsRNA molecules that can be produced exogenously and endogenously. This review sums up the recent approaches for cancer inhibition by siRNA. The article also points out the current targets of siRNA in cancer therapy development including expression level of cancerous and non-cancerous cells, their genetic concerns and siRNA drug delivery system like lipid base Nano-vectors. Currently, many of RNA based drugs are in practice at clinical trials level to overcome this deadly disease. In view of the encouraging results of RNAi based therapy, it is obvious that in near future siRNA will prove itself as a major cancer inhibitor and can become a standard cancer treatment.","PeriodicalId":345283,"journal":{"name":"JOJ Sciences","volume":"93 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127662187","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A company’s relationship with its customers is much more than improving product rating or decreasing wait times. Understanding the customer journey is about learning what customer experience from the moment they begin considering to purchase, and then working to make the journey towards buying a product or service as simple clear and efficient as possible. Therefore, delivering a consistently good costumer experience require the execution of a hierarchy of sequenced requirement and that each level must be satisfied before the next becomes important. Delivering the type of costumer experience that will lead to customer loyalty in a competitive market now requires organization to pay attention to their performance. A company’s abilities to deliver an experience that sets its eye on its customers will increase the amounts of costumers spending with the company and inspire culture. An important factor in costumer experience that Chariot hotel need to lay emphasis on is the relationship between the employee and the costumer so as to deliver better services and thus improve on the customer experience.","PeriodicalId":345283,"journal":{"name":"JOJ Sciences","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124765312","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is interesting to know that recently scientists have developed the applicable analytical methods such as different types of spectroscopic technique [1-5] to study the unique characteristic of biologically important compounds. There is no doubt that provide of a proper method can give a precise information of complex molecular details. This is vital in disease diagnosis and design of pharmacologically and biological important compounds. In laboratory condition, the experimental researches and naturally occurring phenomena are usually used in solution state. Under this circumstance, solvent molecules have profound effects on the behavior of solute molecules in various biological, chemical and physical phenomena. In general, solvent sensitive processes are acquired from various molecular interactions, these includes general and specific solute-solvent interactions. Solvent induced effects are commonly discussed by their polarity and solvatochromic parameters [6-10]. The nature and strength of various molecular interactions cannot exactly have described by single solvent polarity parameters. Hence, multi-linear solvent polarity parameters known as Catalan equation (equation 1) are used [6]. 0 ' ' ' ' y y a SA b Sdp c SA d SB = + + + + (2)","PeriodicalId":345283,"journal":{"name":"JOJ Sciences","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129231249","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Graded sandwich composites have drawn extensive attention from academics and engineers in the composite society in the last twenty years. In traditional sandwich structures, the core between the top and the bottom fibre laminates is single foam material with homogeneous property. This sandwich construction has two interfaces between core and the top and the bottom laminates respectively. At the interfaces miss matched materials may bring interfacial fractures e.g. delamination thus sandwich structures lose loading capacity.","PeriodicalId":345283,"journal":{"name":"JOJ Sciences","volume":"97 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121182612","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is grown relatively warm areas (<1500 m asl) of Gilgit Baltistan. Around four million tons are produced globally. China, being major producer contributes almost 80% followed by Korea and Japan (0.4 and 0.2 million tons) respectively. Asian countries collectively produce 95% of the total worldwide production. There is no record of persimmon production is available from Pakistan. However, Gilgit-Baltistan has the highest production followed by Swat. Study conducted in district Gilgit revealed that it has least contribution into local economy. Fruit is harvested in October to December. Mature plant produces an average of 151.8kg (Std. Dev.103.58749) annually. Sixty-four percent is sold for a mean price of 13.2 (Std. Dev.6.62) Pak rupees per kilogram. Mean household consumption was 25.65kg (Std. Dev.25.52). Mean DBH of 78.59cm (Std. Dev. 54.5136) and 20 ft high. Average life span estimate was 59.3-year (Std. Dev. 27.57198). Contrary to several medicinal uses in the world, people (>98%) in the area never use it as medicine except some rare use for skin fairness and improving blood circulation (<2%). About 80% trees flower as early as in April, fruiting starts in May (82%) and 84% harvested in November. Majority population (78%) is disease free. Around 78% farmers believe that it requires low water and fertilization. Mean leaf size was 257.52cm 2 (length 11.57cm, width 22.2cm). Ten leaves have a mean weight of 0.82g. Mean fruit height recorded was 4.2cm, diameter 6.0cm and weight 121.4g. Three varieties exist in the area. Dendrogram constructed using Hierarchical clustering showed that use of leave and fruit quantitative morphological characters cannot be used towards any discrimination and taxonomic classification. There is no selective breeding nor any value chain development programmes to improve depreciating gene pool in changing climatic conditions. Besides, its promotional efforts, detailed investigations are required to document biochemical, molecular and morphological markers.","PeriodicalId":345283,"journal":{"name":"JOJ Sciences","volume":"174 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133558627","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a light driven proton pump, bRs capture photons in the order of 500nm-650nm. Existing research found that 300mv of electricity generated per purple membrane [1]. Conversely, bacterial reaction center (bRC) is found in Rhodobacter sphaeroides. It generates 800mv of electricity in total, considering the transfer of 4 protons in the membrane. Multiple interventions to denature and modulate the structure of bR should be considered, including pH, temperature, detergent and wavelength of laser light. Bacteriorhodopsin has been known to function between0C to 45C at a pH of 1-11. It tolerates temperature over 80C in water and up to 140C in dry [2]. Conventionally, laser is utilized to precipitate the photoisomerization of bR, consequently shifting all trans-13 to structure. The chromophore which is covalently attached to Lys216 through a Schiff base is modulated through this method. Bacterial Reaction Center (bRC) is a light driven electron transfer reaction that converts solar energy to chemical energy. bRC are integral membrane structured proteins found in the purple membrane of Rhodobacter sphaeroides. It is composed of 3 protein subunits--L, M and H. It has 3 major co-factors composed of 4bacterio-chlorophylls, 2 bacteriopheophytins and 2 quinones [3]. In this interaction, electron transfer occurs through light ejection of electron that passes through them embrane. Conversion of sunlight to chemical energy simultaneously precipitates. Both bR and bRC from Halobacterium halobium and Rhodobacter sphaeroides respectively generate a considerable worth of electricity that can be used in the industry today. Although bRC emits power in a rather limited merit, future research would determine its potential for catalyzing electrically reliant applications such as optics, instrumentation and therapeutic values. bRC can be utilized for solar energy and drive photovoltaic cells. Its usage is ubiquitous at this point and has generated multitude of photovoltaic and solar energy driven applications. Further research will enhance the efficacy of bRC generated solar cells and related interventions.","PeriodicalId":345283,"journal":{"name":"JOJ Sciences","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115308013","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
