These include books, the press, old prints and manuscripts, maps. According to their scientific importance, the Library’s collection includes current books, old books, books that, regardless of the year of publication, have special graphic qualities of the cover, title page, valuable content, atypical format, illustrations by well-known artists, and books with special bibliophile value with the signature or autograph of the author/donor. In libraries, such documents come from private donations and libraries; they are collected by professional people who activated in a certain period of time. These donations are managed in the form of special collections at the Arts Branch. In this context, the question of managing this special fund appears, i.e. the inventory, cataloging and preservation of the fund, the elaboration of a common Bibliography for all branches of “B. P. Hasdeu” Municipal Library, which would be permanently completed and therefore become everybody’s common good.","PeriodicalId":344963,"journal":{"name":"Studii culturale, Volumul II","volume":"139 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121889793","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Today, the film is of interest as a separate work, which managed to convey the author’s visions and his national spirituality, as well as the history of its creation. The materials kept in the funds of the National Archive of the Republic of Moldova allow us to restore more or less the epic of this cinematographic work, starting with 1964, when Vlad Ioviță, a young graduate of the Advanced Courses in Screenwriting and Directing, inspired by the well-known tale Ivan Turbincă by the classic of our literature Ion Creangă, submits the offer for the film. By studying archive materials, we will be able to follow the pilgrimages of the literary script until the release of the film Se caută un paznic in 1968 on the big screen. The journey of the literary script to the big screen opens new perspectives in the awareness of the socio-cultural and ideological conditions, which provoked such an original vision of Creanga’s tale.","PeriodicalId":344963,"journal":{"name":"Studii culturale, Volumul II","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123901587","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to author, the fairy-tales texts of Bulgarians from the Republic of Moldova, their semantic, symbolic, and structural features should be researched as a local (regional) variant of Bulgarian folklore. Identification of ethno-cultural markers in the fairy-tales of local Bulgarians on some different levels (such as on the subject, ethno-social and spiritual (church-religious) level) will allow to identify some peculiarities in the adaptation process of Bulgarians that migrated in a new ethnocultural zone. As well as to identify the level of preservation of basic ethnic mentality under conditions of new “mental environment”. It will also be followed, the place and the way of their execution. The peasant’s economic factor and the social condition led to a different number and different quality of the dowry boxes, made by local craftsmen or purchased in fairs and cities. Models of dowry boxes made of joiners or carpentries, differed according to the way of joining and decoration techniques (notching, painting, carving, etc.), each in its own way presenting special artistry. In this field, the artist managed to approach various genres of literature: poetry, prose, scientific literature, etc. According to the illustrated topics, the graphic techniques approached by the graphic designer are: pencil, pen, gouache, including computer techniques. The strong part of his illustrations consists in appealing by the artist to the plastic principles related to the sign and symbol. Analyzing the book illustrations signed by the fine artist Stefan Sadovnikov, we notice a wide range of allegorical symbols and metaphors created by the artist based on various principles of agglutination, interference of shapes and plastic lines, specific especially to the thinking of sculpture artists. By plastically combining the human figure with the object, the artist personifies the ideas of home, city, music, poetry and love. The artistic image appears as a quintessence of the human character’s relations with the object. Thus, in several illustrations created by the fine artist Stefan Sadovnikov, inanimate objects came to life and features identical to human character and spirit.","PeriodicalId":344963,"journal":{"name":"Studii culturale, Volumul II","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124865736","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The migratory movement of the Jewish people is probably the best known and traditionally used example of the phenomenon. In the first half of the 19th century, the harsh decrees of the imperial administration against the Jews did not target those in Bessarabia. By 1835, when Bessarabia was gradually beginning to lose its autonomy and Russification actions were multiplying, Russian anti-Jewish laws extended to Bessarabian Jews. These can be considered the premises of a massive migration of the Jewish population to new territories, Palestine, Europe and the two Americas. The article analyzes statistical and historical data to elucidate the process of migration of Jews from Eastern Europe and in detail from Bessarabia.","PeriodicalId":344963,"journal":{"name":"Studii culturale, Volumul II","volume":"37 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131891118","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the transition to the written tradition, a clear tendency to preserve orality in the new hypostasis emerged. Proto-Byzantine chanting circulated orally, this being conditioned by the original orality of the evangelical tradition. When the Eastern promoters of Christian liturgical chanting felt the need to codify the cultic repertoire, they resorted to the Ekphonetic notation, and later to the Diastematic one. Ekphonetic notation is a rudimentary notation, it has a mnemonic function, meaning the purpose of reminding the performer of a certain melodic formula that he knew before. The Diastematic notation, although it fixes several details of the melodic thread, also leaves enough room for interpretive ambiguity and can only be deciphered satisfactorily by those familiar with traditional practice. The attempt to explain the reluctance of the promoters of Byzantine religious music towards written codification will lead us to the deep roots of this art, as well as to its liturgical functionality.","PeriodicalId":344963,"journal":{"name":"Studii culturale, Volumul II","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126020970","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
