User nodes and item nodes compose a heterogeneous bipartite network. Treating user attitude toward items as interest resource and allocating it in the heterogeneous network along the linkage make it possible to recommend the most likely interested items to target users. However, the way it models user interest and quantizes interest lead some bias into the algorithm. Such as, it adopts the positive attitude into the interest diffusion process but without seeing that negative attitude also reflect user flavor and should be introduced into the computation. To overcome the drawbacks, this paper proposed an unbiased user interest model. Firstly, the unbiased model considers both positive and negative attitudes into user interest to eliminate the negative feedback discrimination. Secondly, it adopts a new criterion to divide interest from a perspective of statistic optimization. Last, it treats positive interest and negative interest equally to lower the rating bias by a symmetric formula when quantizing and weighting interest. However, Integration testing is a procedure can examine the process of integration the modules correctly, and ensuring the positive effect on the existing software systems during the process of combining the modules. Method-This paper presents the systemic snapshot approach that can investigate the previously published papers by following stepwise procedures to collect and analyze the collected data. Results-According to our study pool included 30 published papers in the area of software Integration testing between 2013until 2017. By investigating the small packaged software, ERPs in Small and medium enterprises (SMEs), conducted the findings of the collection of the published papers on a repository, practiced the collected papers on a classification scheme that can present the findings of the event-based decisions according to the findings of years, location of published papers, research objectives, and others. Value-Showing the recent trends and directions in the integration testing in small packaged software vendors through the finding of the classifications. However, while the anytime advertisement messages had been delivered, there had been limited studies on key variables such as irritation advertisement, customer complaint behavior, customer loyalty and relationship marketing. This study examines the role of irritation advertisement and compliant behavior on customer loyalty by customers in banks and the mediating role relationship marketing plays in those relationships. In this study, methods used questionnaires, including the irritation advertisement scale, compliant behavior scale, relationship marketing scale, and customer loyalty scale. A total 300 questionnaires were administered in customers of banks in Taiwan. Out of these 300 questionnaires, 265 responses were received, a return rate of 88.34%. After discarding invalid questionnaires, a total of 265 valid questionnaires, the rate of valid samples was 100%. Data had been analyzed using descriptive analysis and structural equation model. Finding that the mediated effect of relationship marketing on the relationships of irritation advertisement, compliant behavior and customer loyalty.
