The Application of Economic Analysis in the Field of Military and National Defense Legislation

Abstract

Under the historical background of integration of world economy and the new international situation, the military and national defense legislation has become an important national strategy, which is closely related to the future destiny of the country and the nation. The analysis of military and national defense legislation by means of economics plays an important role in promoting the construction of modern military defense and even the core competitiveness of the country and the nation. From the perspective of law and Economics, this paper analyzes the importance and necessity of the military and national defense legislation, the present situation of the development of military and national defense legislation and the existing problems, then puts forward constructive suggestions.
