Salah satu faktor kunci yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran adalah strategi manajemen kelas yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi strategi manajemen kelas yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah observasi kelas, wawancara dengan guru, dan analisis dokumentasi. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 10 guru kelas di tiga sekolah dasar yang berbeda. Strategi manajemen kelas yang diobservasi meliputi pembentukan aturan kelas, pemberian reward dan punishment, pengaturan ruang kelas, penggunaan teknologi, dan penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi manajemen kelas yang efektif memiliki dampak positif terhadap pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Guru-guru yang menerapkan strategi manajemen kelas yang efektif mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, dan mengurangi gangguan di kelas. Selain itu, strategi pembelajaran yang berfokus pada keaktifan siswa dan penggunaan teknologi juga memberikan hasil yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi para guru, kepala sekolah, dan pengambil kebijakan pendidikan. Guru-guru perlu diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam mengimplementasikan strategi manajemen kelas yang efektif. Kepala sekolah harus memberikan dukungan dan memfasilitasi lingkungan yang mendukung implementasi strategi tersebut. For Mrs. Siti, as a partner, the assistance provided is training in processing coconut water into nata de coco. The implementation stages of PKM activities are as follows: (a) Program preparation, observation of partner data collection, (b) Survey and planning, (c) Training on processing coconut water into nata de coco. Di dalam konseling, terdapat beberapa langkah yang digunakan dengan terapi naratif. Pertama, mengeksternalisasi masalah. Hal ini dilakukan dengan terlebih dahulu meminta klien mengemukakan nama yang bermakna untuk masalah tersebut. Kedua, menghancurkan narasi lama yang dipenuhi masalah dan menggantinya dengan narasi alternatif yang memiliki fokus berbeda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat dampak terapi naratif pada persepsi realitas dalam konseling. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak terapi naratif pada persepsi realitas dalam konseling sangatlah signifikan. Melalui terapi naratif, klien dapat mengembangkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang diri mereka sendiri dan tentang cara mereka memandang dunia di sekitar mereka. Through the education they provide, teachers can help students to develop into competent, creative and broad-minded individuals. The existence of a policy to stop the recruitment of PNS teachers can threaten the availability of qualified teachers. In the PNS teacher recruitment system, being a PNS teacher offers career stability, financial security, and various benefits. However, with the termination of PNS teacher recruitment, opportunities to become PNS teachers have become increasingly limited. In this research, we will discuss the important implications of the 2021 civil servant teacher recruitment dismissal policy on the availability and quality of teachers. The method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through literature study. The result of this analysis is that the policy of ending PNS teacher recruitment in 2021 in Indonesia is a complex decision with a significant impact on the education sector. Budget control is one of the main reasons behind this policy, but it is necessary to consider the implications for teacher supply and education quality. Keywords: Teachers, Education, Policy.Guru berperan sebagai sumber informasi, membimbing siswa dalam proses belajar, dan memberikan pengalaman yang berharga. Melalui pendidikan yang mereka berikan, guru dapat membantu siswa untuk berkembang menjadi individu yang kompeten, kreatif, dan berwawasan luas. Adanya kebijakan pemberhentian rekrutmen guru PNS dapat mengancam ketersediaan guru yang berkualitas. Dalam sistem rekrutmen guru PNS, menjadi guru PNS menawarkan stabilitas karir, keamanan finansial, dan berbagai tunjangan. Namun, dengan penghentian rekrutmen guru PNS, peluang untuk menjadi guru PNS menjadi semakin terbatas. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dibahas mengenai pentingnya implikasi dari kebijakan pemberhentian rekrutmen guru PNS 2021 terhadap ketersediaan dan kualitas guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka. Hasil dari analisis ini adalah kebijakan penghentian rekrutmen guru PNS pada tahun 2021 di Indonesia merupakan keputusan yang kompleks dengan dampak yang signifikan terhadap sektor pendidikan. This study aims to examine the relationship between social support and learning motivation. It adopts a literature library research approach, utilizing samples derived from previous studies, both quantitative and qualitative in nature. The research data demonstrates a correlation between social support from various sources and learning motivation, encompassing the students. Despite having a relatively high level of low learning motivation, this can be attributed to insufficient social support. Lokasi terletak di sebelah selatan UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. Banyak mahasiswa UIN yang belajar di pesantren tersebut serta tinggal ditempat tersebut dengan berperan ganda sebagai mahasiswa sekaligus santri yang sedang menuntut ilmu. Pembelajaran active learning di pesantren mahasiswa dengan model sorogan kitab yakni para santri atau mahasiswa, menyodorkan kitab sesuai mata pelajaran yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan menggunakan kitab kuning yakni sebagai salah satu ciri metode klasik di pesantren. Pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan membaca kitab fikih sesuai standar kelas masing-masing dan dimaknai dengan bahasa Jawa. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pemaknaan bahasa Arab dengan menggunakan bahasa Jawa lebih efektif karena susunan kata dan pemaknaan disebut dalam pemaknaan kitab dengan detail. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan bagaiman proses pembelajaran bahasa Arab active learning di pondok pesantren. Berdasarkan penelitian penulis mendapatkan fakta baru penghambat dan pendukung pembelajaran karena perbedaan latar belakang santri yang berbeda beda ada yang sudah belajar bahasa Arab di pesantren sebelumnya ada juga yang belajar bahasa Arab dari awal atau berlatar belakang sekolah umum.
